Other than the bland exterior design that one would think should only be driven by a long term member of the AARP this car is as close to driving perfection as is out on the roads at this time. It is a pleasure to drive with performance and reliability in abundance. You have to love it!

Traded in a 2000 M/B 500S. This car is far superior in construction, engineering, performance and is also "fun to drive." I can't imagine that I did not make the switch before! Finally, every trip to the dealership is met with courtesy and a caring that was never there with the Mercedes dealers. Lexus is happy that you came in; Mercedes always had the attitude that "you should be glad we are here to help you!"

This is the most quiet vehicle I have ever been in. Not good in snow because of the rear wheel drive. Other than snow the handling is excellent. The controls should be simplified. My wife hates the confusion which is OK with me as she prefers to drive the Ford Explorer! I just replaced the brakes, rotors and tires. This is the first money spent in the 2 years I owned the car.

Over all a good vehicle Saved my life Had an accident and all personnel at scene said I should have been dead. I rolled down a 20 foot embankment and took out 25 feet of concrete fence. I broke a finger nail and have bruises and a deep laceration on my right arm. A large animal ran out in front of me at night on a rural road. Instead of hitting it I swerved.

From the very first test drive, I could not believe the high level of comfort, ease, and overall smoothness involved. What a comfortable traveling vehicle, and yet agile and nimble enough for emergencies. Great looking, especially the utterly tasteful interior.
