The unrecognized competitor of the A6 and 5 series
The Lexus GS350 is the luxury sport sedan that gives you the best of both worlds if you are looking for comfort and performance. It may lack a few seconds on the 0-60 time at 5.7 seconds compared to some of its German competitors, but makes up for that with the luxury features and overall quality expected from a Lexus. The F-Sport package gives the vehicle a unique styling and sportier appearance compared to the regular trim level on the GS. Lexus is a brand well known for its reliability, comfort, and quietness and of course all factors are taken into account with the GS350, but the performance singles this vehicle out from the rest of the Lexus lineup. The GS350 is made for those who do not necessarily need to feel the road while driving but still would like great acceleration and handling. Lexus is stereotyped to older clientele, but as a 21 year old the F-sport styling swept me off my feet, but the ride is what sold me on the vehicle. The Triple-beam LED headlights are a must have feature when buying this vehicle and not only look high-end from a mile down the road, but give you unbelievable visibility. I recommend anyone to test drive the GS350 if you are considering any of the other competitors to this vehicle.

2020 GS350 is a perfect blend of luxury and sport
With this Lexus, what I was looking for was something good out of the box...something that I could simply drive, haul my small family around on the daily without concern for reliability or the desire to upgrade or modify anything. The GS checks all the boxes. Sedan? Check Top of the line Luxury? Check Fantastic dealer experience? Check 300 HP minimum? Check Great suspension with AVS? Check Rear wheel drive? Check Relative to the expert review on this site...I don't care about the infotainment system clunkiness. It's not hard to use (for me). I don't care about the back seats not folding...because I know it's not a truck and if I needed that sort of space on the regular I'd buy a truck or SUV. Technology being dated? The vehicle has all the typical luxury amenities. Heated and cooled seats, great interior materials, folding mirrors, HUD, memory seating, an infotainment system with all the basic stuff. Is the vehicle a perfect one-size fits all? No. But honestly...this car does pretty much everything I need and then some.

handles smoother than a glass of cabernet
Good gas mileage for a car that has 311 HP, roomy interior and style. Consider it if you are looking at a mid-size luxury vehicle with a roomy interior and good sized trunk.

The Real Deal
Perfect sporty and sophistication mix, throw in athletic handling, top of the line luxury inside and out, more tech features than you'll use, awesome sound system, excellent safety features, comfy seats and quiet smooth ride, ample power, and last but not least... incredible reliability, and you have a car to own that will take you on journeys for many, many, and many more miles without the fear of the auto breaking down. Now that's a Real Deal. Not to mention it looks wonderful too. This car is one to buy and keep until it's old and gray.
Very happy with Lexus GS350 f sport
Most practical sport sedan that’s also an every day commute car, comfortable seats, great handling/ride, enough acceleration, great breaking and decent fuel economy

Slick clean and sporty
The 2018 GS 350 i bought is comfort and powers in one! Handles and glides like a dream. This is the first brand new car i bought and i like it so much i already dropped 1000 in the clear coat to keep it show room ready for years to come.. I wanted sporty stepping from a ES 350 to a GS f sport that handles much better for me, on how i drive... Aggressive. Test drive it wont disappoint. I promise!

Best sedan Lexus makes!
Big fan of this rear biased 2018 GS350 AWD. Although current generation arrived 2013 it has a style and ride easily competitive with other mid size luxury models. I have owned two now and prefer the ride with all season ultra high performance tires to the grand touring. Car is also a great value. Too bad Lexus will discontinue for ES front wheel biased sedan.

Luxurious, Powerful, Smooth, Great Value
Bought the 2019 GS 350 wtih F Sport package last month as it was only way to get ventilated seats. Wow, what an improvement in performance over my 2009 GS. Smooth as glass, very quiet, but much peppier due to the S and S+ transmission/handling modes. As luxurious as ever. Based on car size and features I wanted, just couldn't compare with the competition unless willing to pay $15,000 to $20,000 more for essentially the same specs. And service costs are less than the Euro brands, plus can save extra by using Toyota to service. The recessed screen is easy to use, but does take a learning curve due to downgrade from touch screen. Joy stick, like touch pads, take your eyes off the road for much longer to make simple changes using screen. Fortunately, Lexus kept the A/C physical controls and steering wheel controls handle radio and phone. Really love the F Sport seats with the powered side bolsters, thigh extender (super comfortable), and TWO lumbar supports, low and mid back. The Lexus Enform package comes standard for first year with a phone app that allows full access to car doors, remote start, etc. $60/year after that which seems reasonable. Definitely recommend over similar size and spec sports sedans from Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Jag. You will love the car and the lower costs!!

Love it
This is my 3rd Lexus GS350 AWD. I am in love with this car and service provided. I have no desire to drive any other kind brand but Lexus. My only wish would be that the body shape after seven years of driving could be different. Very little changes from 2013 to 2020.

Reliability, performance and Luxury explains it
The 2020 Lexus GS350 F sport handles quite well. Thought it's not at the least infotainment tech, it has a proven reliability, safety, performance and luxury for years to come. That's why I purchased it. I really like the high quality touches and leather seats in my particular vehicle. The driving experience is very comfortable supported by an excellent ML radio. People should definitely check it out before it disappears. IMO, it's one of the best RWD luxury sedans that strikes a balance between performance and luxury. Handling isn't bad on this vehicle that weights nearly 5,0000 lbs. Price is a tab higher than the ES350 but it's interior is also higher quality materials and comfort.

Some call it old. I call it old reliable & nice
Over all value and performance for this price is outstanding. Has luxury and power My two complaints. Heated steering wheel is heated on just two spots. 9 and 3 on the wheel. Sort of ridiculous. And the infotainment is distracting toy. But luckily I’m not into that’s stuff
Love this car
This is a really phenomenal car at a great price point. I personally refuse to buy any German cars due to political reasons and as German cars are notoriously unreliable. The ride is quite quiet, and it is very smooth.
Lexus gem GS
This car wasn't selling because the herd mentality is following suvs. So the sedan industry is suffering. The german cars slightly and on paper outperform it, but, and there's a big but, the GS has such a great balance between luxury, performance, and the state of mind of the owner knowing that his hard-earned money's purchase is not going to break. I wouldn.t be feeling too good after wires start melting, and things start falling apart. Yes the infotainment is not as up to date, but the fit and finish, the luxury, and the ride is there along with the dependability which is what an owner cares about most. Take advantage and pick these used and induldge yourselves.

Great general driving characteristics. Reliable.
Excellent handling, brakes, and safety features, at least up to 65-70 mph. GPS screen is huge and nicely hooded (as opposed to all those “iPad glued on a dash” screens on most other Lexus models.) Interior materials not up to par for the price. NOT an Autobahn cruiser! Bouncy and noisy over 70 mph. My Ford F-150 is much quieter and smoother at high speed. Stock stereo is just average. Overall a pleasant sports sedan, much better than most Lexus models, but styling and interior quality could be improved.

A Downgrade From 2009 Lexus GS!!
What a disappointment. I bought F Sport model expecting vehicle to be at least as nice, comfortable and smooth as prior GS's I've owned. Instead, it is: not fun to drive, wandering all over the lane without constant steering corrections; extremely sensitive to road imperfections like center line reflectors; non-existent "automatic" climate control (need to use manually if you want any comfort); very uncomfortable seats for anyone with good posture who likes to sit up straight (lumbar support pushes lumbar forward but rams head into headrest which is NOT adjustable), I use a seat cushion for any ride over an hour which does block the air cooled seats which don't work that well anyway. Side bolsters are cute but too hot on your legs and sides to use unless you are on a NASCAR test track; a useless GPS map (beautiful display though) and Apple Car Play not available (I just use my iPhone which only requires ONE single phrase input); no center front proximity sensor and no surround camera so extremely easy to ding excessively low front bumper (did this on first day owned). I bought the extended warranty as we have loved all our prior Lexus vehicles. However, I'll be trading this GS F Sport in a year or two. My wife drove GS once and instead of a new RX, promptly traded her old RX in for a new Acura RDX which has none of the above shortcomings. It's too bad as Lexus has lost a 20 year customer who bought two new Lexus vehicles every few years.

Reliable car, just like all other Lexus
Very nice build, the Lexus GS is made in mainland Japan factory. The quality control they have is absolutely wonderful. The only down side might be overseas parts supplies. If you hit a deer (I never did :) u might need to wait for a while for the parts to come, since most of the US dealers don’t have much in stock. The ride is great, I took my 350 to a 4700miles road trip last year. I have to said it is a very pleasure trip.
2020 F Sport
Great vehicle with a huge list of standard features. Although this is the last year for Lexus to produce the GS 350, the vehicle is extremely attractive both from a styling and features perspective. The Lexus quality is difficult replicate and i would put this vehicle against all the European competition.

Incredibly disappointing
I just upgraded from an 09 GS and I feel I made a major mistake. I did an on line purchase because I figured since I loved my last 2 GSs I would love the new one- I don’t. Everything about it other than the performance feels cheapened. It feels smaller and more compact, less sexy and I have a sport model w red interior. The Mark Levinson system is half the system that’s in my 09! The dash and equipment is awkward and feels like an old lady car- like a Chrysler my mom had growing up. I had planned on keeping it for 7-8 years but I’ll be lucky to make it 2. I was selling my 09 but now I do t want to let it go.

Upgraded from is200t to gs350
More room and easier to get in and out. Bumper doesn't scrape everything. Much faster and funner to drive. Super comfortable and way more features like power rear shade folding mirrors etc
Get the GS 350 F-sport ! Strong Fundamentals !
This is the most expensive car I have bought, but I am confident about it because this delivers now and will keep delivering in coming years. Coming from a 5 series BMW this is a pure bliss, I never though a Lexus will be this much fun. More then enough power, awesome handling, more then enough tech you need and this pure luxury styling and high quality materials. I am so satisfied. Checks all the real world boxes you need. Value your money and get a GS..

Top Notch!
One of the best vehicles I've driven. Athletic handeling, brakes, awesome sound system and tech, lux materials (paint, trim, - interior and exterior) that will last, well built and reliable engine (that separates a real car from imitators), and excellent safety features. Way underrated. This car is a dream drive and it will get you there without having to spend time and money in the repair shop. Bring it back Lexus!

I don't understand why Lexus stopped making this vehicle! the performance is superb the gas milage is super foe a V6. 26-35 MPG on the highway and the handling is awesome. I love the power and the comfort this automobile offers. Very low maintenance.

GS 350 F Sport is the bomb
As an Lexus LS owner for the past 15 years I decided to downsize a little bit. I looked at BMW, Audi and MBZ but decided on this Lexus because of the local Lexus service. I found my past Lexus's to be very reliable but when it needed something more than an oil change I went to the local Lexus dealer. Their personnel were helpful and didn't try to set me up to service I did not need.I have had the F Sport for a month now and am very pleased with it. It handles well. The fuel economy is excellent...especially on highway driving. I like the red leather seats. This car is sexy.

Does everything well
I’ve had many vehicles. After a traumatic ownership experience with BMW, I switched to Lexus. Of all of the cars I’ve had, the 2020 GS350 F-sport awd has been my favorite. The driving dynamics in sport mode are very similar to the BMW I had before…very connected to the road, tight cornering, and overall a blast to drive. Acceleration is phenomenal, and the engine note of this V6 at startup and hard acceleration is simply melodic. Stereo is incredible, (Mark Levinson) LED headlights light up even the darkest roads, and really the vehicle just has everything you need. It’s not a rocket ship, it’s not the pinnacle of luxury or technology, but it just does everything really well. I find myself wanting nothing more in a vehicle. Best part of all is the bulletproof reliability!!!
