First and Best
This is my first Lexus. I bought it as my retirement car after a lot of research. It lives up to all my expectations. It is classically stylish on the exterior with the most beautiful paint job I have ever seen on any car. The interior is a visual pleasure and comfortable. Love the navigation system plus the voice command is efficient and simple to use. Thus far, I cannot find anything to criticize about the vehicle. I look for reasons to just get out and drive it. I am so glad I decided to wait and get the 2010 instead of an end of year bargain on a 2009. The upgrades for the new model year are significant and hardly added any additional cost.
2nd ES350
I traded in a trouble free '07 ES350 for the '10. Separately, the changes for 2010 are minor, but collectively they are well done and really add to the overall appeal of the car. We cross shopped the new LaCrosse, Infiniti G37x and some other imports, but for the price and our satisfaction with the '07 it was an easy choice to go with the Lexus. We are enjoying the new one even more than the previous car. Especially the improved NAV, XM radio and Enform. Not sure yet if I'll renew either but time will tell.

What a disappointment
Since Aug '10 I have owned 2 ES350s. First one totaled in a flood after 3 weeks of purchase. Drove well. I was very happy. I replaced it with another one. The cabin shook violently since day one. I drove other demo ES350s. All had steering vibrations, one worse than the other. After taking the car back to the dealer 3 times, they finally found out that my brand new car had fix-a-flat in all 4 tires. With new tires steering doesn't shake, but the cabin still vibrates. All demos and loaners I drove have a cabin vibration at all speeds. Bad engineering flaw! I am extremely disappointed. Lexus was known to have the best drive!
Expected a better car
This is my last Lexus. The car feels and rides a lot, a lot less secure and solid than my wife's Mercedes e350, she has just oil service, I had to go to the service station 3 times to fix audio system.
