I used to have a 2017 Kia Sorento LX with the 2.4L engine. Traded it in for a Subaru Outback and only held onto the Outback for a little over a year before I found myself back at a Kia dealership purchasing a 2020 Kia Sorento EX V6. I missed my first Sorento so much that I came crawling back. My 2020 Sorento has many more options compared to my 2017. “Leather”, panoramic sunroof, lane keep assist, V6, standard 3rd row (had to pay an additional $2500 back in the day for a package for get the third row on my 2017). While the 2020 Kia Sorento might not be the most luxurious vehicle on the road for the price it’s really hard to beat.

First of all I have to say that my Kia is so roomy and comfortable to the Max .. the technology in this car is amazing, it has everything and more!! The drive is smooth ( I keep my mode in comfort ) and that’s what the Sorento SX delivers for sure! I love the panoramic roof, so gorgeous!! There are no negatives to say about this vehicle, it really is all that;) I also had the very best experience at Ourisman Chantilly Kia, those great folks went out of their way to put it all together for me, from start to finish.. amazing service from exceptional professionals.

This car has many changes and none of them good. This is my third Sorento in 10 years and this one is by far the worst for acceleration, cavern comfort, noise with windows down, infotainment, and other interior details. It also is wider, longer, and heavier it seems. It's almost like a minivan. Previous Sorrento's were perfect size and agility, this one is now a dog. I would not buy it again, and doesn't matter a fact I'm about to return it because I dislike it that much.
