I rented this 2019 Sorento with 30K on it from Enterprise. While driving it from Michigan to California, the battery light came on and all of the electronics shot off. The brakes quit working and the power steering also quit. We were in the middle of no where and didn't expect a new car to have this problem. And no it wasn't caused by the battery because after we pulled over for 10 minutes and the car ran again until the next enterprise location. Very unrealiable for what year and miles it was in.

I bought the 2019 Sorento with 7 miles on it.... yes 7 in April however 2 weeks later it was in for service for problems with breaks and rotors, computer problem while driving rpms would get stuck at 5 both up and down hills. If you do a lot of driving in stop and go traffic don’t buy this car the transmission jerks and hesitates making it feel unsafe. Spend the same amount money on a suv with a third vehicle and feel safe.

We had a 2019 Kia Sorento SX v6. Great space, options, power and technology. However, after a year, the engine started to hesitate during acceleration between 40-60 mph. Reviews indicate that is a transmission problem that Kia is aware of this but there is not a solution yet. Took then car to Kia Archer in Houston and their horrible service team told me that I have to leave the car for a week for revision. I made the decision to sell it. Be careful when buying this cars used.

This is our second sorento after the first one kept us safe through a t-bone accident. These cars are safe, attractive and easy to drive!

I never thought I would even look at a kia and I was pleasantly surprised when I test drove one. Excellent all the way around. Handling, comfort, power when needed, and excellent safety features. The blind spot sensor is surprisingly helpful. Love it so far!
