Used 2002 Kia Sedona Consumer Reviews
Awesome Van
Not only is thsi van fun to drive, good looking and powerful - it is one of teh safest minivans made! I am VERY happy having bought this Van, and am having LOTS of fun with it! I iwsh it were a little more fuel efficient, but then I may not be able to tow. LOVE my Kia Sedona!
Great Mini-van
Have had our Sedona EX for 2 weeks and my wife loves it. Compared every mini- van on the market, and except for the bad gas mileage, this was a clear winner for us. Got every option and am impressed with the overall quality of the finish, quality of the leather, smooth power, etc. 10 year warranty was a big selling point as we plan to keep the van for at least six years and the peace of mind of the long warranty is a big factor. Also felt the KIA was a little sportier than other vans, especially with the rear spoiler and sunroof. Find myself wanting to drive it a lot, and I never wanted a mini-van to start with.
No Complaints
I have owned other minivans and this one is by far better than any others. It much more reliable than my Honda or Dodge. I have over 30,000 miles on it and have only changed the oil. I have not had one mechanical problem with it in 18 months. The fit and finish is better than any American made minivan. The ride is smooth and quiet. I wish the engine was a little more powerful, I live in the Rocky Mtns. and having more power is always good. Not many vans or SUV's that do. This van handles better in the snow than most vehicles I've owned (we get over 300 inches of snow. Over all it is a great van and would recommend it to anyone.
KIA SEDONOA EX
so far we have not found one thing that we do not like about the SEDONA, its braking is exceptional on wet pavement, the EX is sharp inside and outside. It has proved to be an excellent choice for a disabled person, with all the hand pulls and extra power outlets in back. the removable seats, we are VERY pleased with the choice we made. the price and the gas milage doesn't hurt a bit either.
Security is mostly a superstition
I have owned the car for 18 months it has been in the shop for cracked windshield, new radiator fan, new cat converter, blown speakers, lose passenger floorboard... IT has never been fixed when promised. I was verbaly attacked by my service manager for a negative review of service (go figure)the first 30k service is $600.00 the spark plugs last only 30k and cost $25.00 each. Next time it's Honda or Toyota
