Used 2010 Kia Forte Sedan Consumer Reviews
A Sad Loss
I recently got my Forte totaled after only being able to drive it 30,000 miles. Bought it second-hand with 66,000 miles on it, maintained it regularly, had no issues whatsoever. Engine ran smooth as silk. The throttle and clutch were very interesting, and I continued having occasional difficulty with how touchy they were throughout the two years I drove it (I drive very economically). Had all the cargo or passenger space I needed to move back and forth from college, along with any needs I had otherwise. If you can find one for a good price, absolutely buy it, you'll be able to handle any transmission after practicing in this vehicle.
Good first car
Got a 2010 Kia Forte used in 2017 with 80,000 miles, kept it until about 110,000 miles. Overall pretty good, surprisingly powerful for an economic car. I’d recommend trying to find a 5 speed, as the 4 speed means the power isn’t always accessible. Decently comfortable, but a lot of plastic. Engine had a strange idle noise around 1,000 rpm, but otherwise had no mechanical issues. Technology was not great, cruise control, power windows, and a tire pressure sensor died while I owned it, though the cost of all the parts combined was about $40. Overall it is not a perfect car but you could do a lot worse at this price. Other than safety issues (I wouldn’t trust it in a highway accident), the car has been great and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Kia in the future.

Review for LE forte
I like the exterior design but the interior is a little cheap. The check engine light has been on two times. Unexplained noises coming from the front and back. The front struts were replaced and the noises continue.
Great car with great mileage and comfort
I also have the EX with the Fuel Economy package. Runs nice and quiet along with being comfortable inside. I traded in a Dodge Caravan and this is my second Kia (also own a Sedona). Kia products seem to be very well constructed since I haven't had any problems and really don't expect any. The 3 months Sirius is great since I've never used this before so it's a good way to try it out. The bluetooth is also great, especially for your phone (it shows who you are talking to and has voice activated commands).

price, quality, warranty, looks, road noise, engine acceleration, smart interior controls, and the ride quality for a sedan at this price really surprised and sold me on this unit-test drive one and you will understand kia is giving this vehicle away to get the american consumer to buy kia.
