Love my machine
I've wanted a Jeep for 20 yrs. I traded in my 2013 fully loaded Durango for a brand new 2015 Unlimited Sahara. I was nervous I would be lost without some of the luxuries and comfort. However.. I am absolutely loving it. I feel like this vehicle was made for ME. I'm a country girl at heart and a little rough/tough around the edges.. exactly like my Jeep. I feel like I'm driving a machine.. not a car. Unfortunately this car is not for everyone. It is not a smooth ride and it drives like a truck. You need to be able to appreciate it for what it really is.

It's a Jeep Thing!
Owning a Jeep Sport Wrangler is a choice based on personality and lifestyle. I love it; my husband doesn't. I like everything about my Wrangler -- size, noise, shift, color, shape, truck-feel, safety in bad terrain and snow, great highway pickup, ease of determining parking fit and ease of parking -- and how cool my grandkids think their grandma is in her gear-shift Jeep. It's not the greatest on mileage but, hey, what's a little hiccup?! On the more practical side, it has great resale value. I'm purchasing it after my lease terminates now.

Owned it almost 3 years
It is a Jeep not a sports car or even a conventional soccer-mom-suv. It excels at offroad driving, not hugging paved corners or hitting the apex, to be honest it is not the best commuter car either but I use it as one happily. I get 18-18.5MPG on mixed driving. I take the top off (not folded back) about 200 days of the year, I take the doors off maybe 100 days. That gets as close to the feel of a Motorcycle as possible with 4 wheels and a roll cage.

The 75th Edition Jeep Sahara is the new Black
If you want a fun, rugged, head turning, kick butt-not an SUV, not a truck, not a car-what IS that vehicle, then the 75th Edition Jeep Sahara hard top is for you. It's gorgeous with it's bronze accents, mean hood and luxury interior (for a Wrangler). Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it's fun to drive, comfortable and definitely roomy enough for a family of 3 (as long as you don't need to much storage). The performance is bit sluggish, but that is not what a Jeep is all about. You buy a Wrangler because it's a Wrangler.
