Exactly what I expected it to be

Wranglers are not designed for people who want a quiet smooth ride on a paved road. They are designed for someone who wants to have fun and go anywhere. Sure, I _can_ drive it to the grocery store, and do. Sure, I _can_ take it on vacation, and do. But, _I_ can also drive in a creek, or up a hill, or over rocks. I can do exactly what I have always dreamed of doing in a vehicle, and bonus, I can drive it every day on paved roads. It is loud, it is a rough ride, it can only tow 3500lb, it is tall so it is a bit hard to get into. But I am completely indifferent to these issues. If I cared, I wouldn't own a Wrangler

Problem after Problem

2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4dr SUV 4WD (3.6L 6cyl 6M)

We bought a Jeep Rubicon used at around 18000 miles. The sticker had listed "powertrain warranty" but Jeep declined any warranty work because we bought it used. I have since learned a lot at just turning 100,000 miles we have had most of the front end rebuilt, the rear differential rebuilt, radiator replacement, and other expensive repairs. I am certain that between the time we bought and putting 80,000 miles on it costs of repairs exceeded $10,000. Not reliable.

It’s such a fun car to drive. It is a sport model and the wheel base is short, but I knew that going in. That is a comment, not a complaint. Pretty comfortable to ride in.
