Best on all surfaces!

My liberty is a workhorse, that cleans up for an elegant night on the town. Her size, turning radius, handeling, and acceleration beats most sedans, making city driving a dream. Her rear end does not stick out of any standard parking spot, like so many other SUV's. She can hold her own in the deep sand of the Outer Banks or any mountain trail in the Rockies. I've been on the road after hurricane's and during ice storms, and blizzards, each time arriving home safely. The Liberty does it all, work and play, reliably, for a fabulous price. If you want a vehicle that rides like a sedan, buy a sedan.

It's comfortable to drive on freeway and in the city. The drive is more like a big truck than a passenger car. Stiff and a little bouncy which makes it fun to drive! It's so fun to drive off road! We've went for off road test drive a couple of times already in Cascades. It drove through sticky cray-like mud, cross the water paddle (about 1ft. deep), drove up the steep gravel/dirt hill EASILY without any problem...all with 4WD High. We haven't go to use 4 LO yet...need to be more extreme condition or tarrain to use it. (Maybe after heavy snow in the mountain!)

Never again Chrysler

I bought my Liberty with the diesel Crd thinking I would get better mileage. Although that did prove to be true the cost of diesel went up and so it didn't make sence to have a diesel. The cost to maintain the diesel is higher than a gas engine. I have had so many problems with the egr valve and the boost pressure sensor, and the egr air flow control valve. I have contacted chrysler and they say TOO BAD Its out of warranty. As soon as I fix the egr (yes again) I am trading in this piece of junk . I have purchased a number of new chrysler vehicles over the years but no longer will I buy anything were they do not test their products and sell juck to the public. Good by chrysler and goo ridence

Bought the Liberty due to driving 36k miles a year and half of them in inclement weather. This Jeep rocks! It is awesome in the snow and ice and no.... there is not a slide factor! Beefy, rugged and so beautiful. I'm a Liberty girl for life!

The jeep liberty is the best buy for the money. It's 210 hp V6 can not be topped by any SUV in it's class. I plan to keep my liberty until it just won't go anymore, than i'll buy a new one.
