Worst vehicle and worst company

I ordered a brand new fully loaded Grand Cherokee L and was so excited about it. The vehicle did not work properly the day i picked it up and it was in the show getting fixed monthly. Electrical problems, mechanical problems and once they had the vehicle for a month trying to g to repair it. Jeep would not replace my lemon so i sold it for a huge loss 14 months after i bought it. Jeep company will never, never see a penny from me again. Lithia also will never again make a dime off me. A friend of mine also had an identical experience with the exact same vehicle and dealership. One star is one too many for that piece of junk.

i purchased a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December 2024. After driving only 800 miles, it stopped running. AAA brought it to my nearest Jeep dealer for repair. Three weeks later, it is still not fixed. A Jeep trouble shooter tech could not figure it out either. I want to trade it in and contacted Jeep customer service for help to pay for the new trade in, but they refused to give any compensation. Overall Jeep has been a good product, but if you get a bad one, you are on your own with no help from Jeep. Very disappointed!!

Stunning, But a Total Lemon at 300 Miles

Great looks and drive, but totally unreliable with very weak customer support, based on our experience. Wouldn’t consciously recommend this car to my parents, friends, or anyone… maybe to my enemies. Brand-new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve, stunning car, but ours died at 300 miles due to a major electrical defect. Jeep forced invasive repairs, but it failed again. Obvious lemon. In our experience, Jeep Wave has been helpless. Jeep Retention is stalling—no callbacks, no emails, and preemptively labeled us ‘High Risk’ in their system. They dismissed a rightful replacement or buyback, instead pushing lowball offers and arbitration, disregarding consumer protection rights. This is Stellantis’ (FCA) failure. If you’re in a similar situation: Hire a lawyer, file with the Attorney General, and demand your rights. Unethical. Unacceptable. How is this happening in the U.S.? The Good: - Beautiful inside and out (Summit Reserve) - Great features—massage seats, McIntosh sound system, etc. - True SUV with air suspension—not just another crossover - Comfortable family ride with smooth and responsive driving dynamics (V6) - Good value and safety, on paper - Made in the USA The Bad: - Inconsistent reliability (hit or miss) - Steep depreciation - Weak customer support - Lack of commitment to consumer protection rights - Our dealer has expressed frustration with Stellantis/FCA

-the fact you can accidentally turn the car into manual mode is a liability! - you can’t see the buttons on the dashboard because of the layout

Sweet sharp looking ride from Jeep

Handles well, drives smoothly, quiet upscale cabin and sharp looking. Only 2500 miles so can’t comment on reliability but seems solid. I took it on two 500 mile road trips and it comfy for in front and back. Love the high commanding view from the driving position. Was close to purchasing the 2026 Honda Passport but the Jeep Dealer provided heavy discounts. Better towing capabilities on the Jeep and happy with the decision. Uconnect infotainment is intuitive, snappy and has a sharp display. Love the heated steering wheel, tech and surround camera. Got the Limited almost loaded with Black appearance package, tech IV and tow packages. The only missing package was the upgraded audio. That’s my only complaint the 6-speaker sound is lackluster so wish I got the upgraded audio. I added aftermarket DSP and a subwoofer and the stock speakers came alive. Sounds amazing now but it was pricey. Jeep should include the upgraded audio on the Limited and their trims and packages are confusing. That’s my only complaint.

My wife has a 2023 Grand Cherokee L and we love it. I recently purchased a 2025 Grand Cherokee Laredo X and I love it. Has plenty of room and features, nice ride height, excellent road manners and quiet cabin is a plus. Power from the 3.6l is more than enough! Now it’s time to start Accessorizing this awesome Jeep.

In 6 weeks, after 2nd wheel alignment the car still pulls to the right or left ! Kinda forcing the staring wheel to keep the car straight! If I would take my hand off from the staring wheel, in 4 seconds the car would be off the road !! Hate to even just move the car! JEEP SERVICE!!! comeooon!! When I picked up my car the second time and started to drive outside of the city.... it vas like floating on the road!!! Without stopping I had to correct the staring wheel to the left or right to try to keep the car straight... I am the first owner of the car! I didn't hit anything, I wasn't driving in too a pothole....As a matter of fact in first minutes I realized that the car was pulling to the left, but I was thinking it might be the pressure nat even in the tires. I would never come to my mind that ..even a brand new car could be defekted! Because that's what I think but not only me! 2nd surprise the battery. Two of them! Without having plugged in anything, no lights stayed on so just like that two battery just died overnight! completely ! no light came up nothing! Answer for the question. Why is this happened..., was we changed both. I've forgot to put something in to the story! After first pickup and the floating situation I asked my mechanic to lift up the car.. just to see if there any loose something because it's far not normal. Whiteout using any tools ONLY WITH HAND !!! was checking ,touching parts and what did he find and showed mi. (I have in video) on the front an in the back was find loose nuts that he was able to move whit he's fingers. Iam disappointed with this car!! I had 2022 same car (that's why I didn't test drive) so that car was way different feeling... way better quality! I'm not happy with this car , but maybe I'm the not lucky one

Bought a new jeep grand Cherokee Laredo X and it is a fantastic vehicle. Rides extremely well on hwy, roomy and comfortable. Plus being a iconic brand like jeep it will hopefully hold it's value.
