Used 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Consumer Reviews
2004 Jeep Spec Edition
My second Jeep, very predictable, reliable, handles very well on snow and ice, V6 a bit sluggish would opt for V8.
Jeep Grand Cherokee- Rocks Competition
The 4.7L V8 has handled every condition possible for the Northern VA/DC area. The powerful engine is amazing, and is awesome on hills. It can handle off- road, to a stroll in the neighborhood. The car has been built to meet great standards. Not only does the car look powerful, the Jeep is meticulously pieced together with strong, and reliable parts. When it all comes together, it is an agressive 4x4 that gives you the horsepower you love and luxury you need. Many people underestimate the capabilities of the Grand Cherokee, but they then learn that the SUV has one of the highest rated off-road suspensions in it's class.

Silver Overland
Comfortable for long and short trips alike. Great acceleration for passing. Handles road imperfections smoothly and far less body roll than my '95 Laredo, it feels good. The vehicle does seem to wander a bit in a strong cross wind. I live on a dirt road in the mountains - QuadraDrive system is sure footed on all surfaces, including ice and snow. Heated seats are great. 18-20 mpg seems good for a V-8 SUV.
Theres hope yet for a jeep
Always had trouble with jeeps, my wife loved them, bought it for her. So far so good. no problems at all. excellent pickup(HO V8) but the draw back is awful gas milage. handles cross country great. The overland has a stiffer suspension and is 3 inches higher. Has more of a "trucky" ride but we like it.
04 Grand Cherokee
