I could list off 100 things I hate about this car but I will try to keep it focused on the biggest issues. #1) The stereo. It looks nice and fancy, but it is the worst. Like most people, I connect my phone via Bluetooth and listen to music or podcasts. Here' the problem. When you start it up, the stereo defaults to radio instead of AUX. There is no way to change that. It's a big deal and here's why. The radio volume is 2x as loud as AUX. So you start your car and the first thing that happens is the stereo starts screaming at you. Why they designed it this way is beyond me. And worse, they actually chose the worst possible option to set the default to. So every time I start the vehicle, I get an instant reminder of why I hate it. And this is just the beginning. #2) When phone is connected to stereo, I can listen to my music, podcasts, etc, but not a snapchat or IG, and sometimes not even youtube. No idea why, and no amount of googling led me to any solutions. You simply cannot get volume on snaps or IG. Hope that's not important to you. #3) Connecting your phone via the AUX cable. I have an android and when I connect via the USB cable, Android Auto comes up on my phone and takes over the entire screen. It asks if I want to install it. Weird since it already seems to be installed. I click no, and there it is anyway. Whether I want it or not, which I don't. How very intrusive and obnoxious. #4) Turn signal vs seatbelts. The beeping noise the turn signals make is so extremely faint that you will often times find that your signal has been on for God knows how long and you just couldn't hear it. If however, you don't put your seltbelt on, its like a bomb shelter airhorn going off ever 4 seconds, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about either of these things. It just is what it is, because again, who the hell cares what you the buyer/consumer want. Why in the world they would make a necessary turn signal alert so tiny, and make the seatbelt alert so obnoxiously loud and over bearing is beyond me. #5) A Jeep is not a Prius. Most people know about the cool little feature a Prius has where the engine actually turns off at stop lights to save gas. This Jeep tries to do that and fails. Or rather, its very good at turning off, but the starting back up takes a second or so, which is about a second or so too long when you are hitting the gas and telling it to go. Its not a smooth transition and has the effect of a 70 year old trying to play basketball. Let the 20 year olds play basketball, and let the Prius's save the gas. Jeeps, just be Jeeps. Oddly enough, there is a big fat button right by the cup holders that turns this feature off. However, it defaults to "on" every time the vehicle turns off and on again. So the designers clearly knew some people would hate this feature and want to turn it off. But they only went halfway because you have to turn the feature off every time you start the vehicle. Yet another constant reminder every time I get in as to why I hate this vehicle. #6) Headlights. It's 2020, and just about every vehicle has automatic headlights, or just the kind that stay on 100% of the time. Not this stupid Jeep. You have daytime running lights that are always on, but you have to manually turn the headlights on and off. It may sound like a little thing, but it's annoying as hell, and could have easily been avoided, and just adds to the list of stupid little things I have to adjust every single time I drive the vehicle. #7) Keyless push start, another halfway measure. Seems fancy at first, but it's worse and here's why. You take you keys out of your pocket and unlock the car. You get in the car. You're probably used to putting the keys in the ignition. On this one you don't because there is a button you push to start it. Now where do you put your keys? You have to do the awkward stretch out thing to get them back in your pocket. So what exactly is the purpose of this stupid halfway measure of a feature? If the vehicle had the bluetooth unlock feature where you don't have to click it to unlock the doors, it would make sense. Or if you could just put the keys in the ignition after getting in, then that would also make sense. But not I have to pull the keys out to unlock it, then find a place to put them once I am in the car. It may sound petty, but wait until its your turn. Its just another stupid little annoying thing to hassle with every single time I get in the damn vehicle. See how all these things add up? #8) Where exactly do I put my sunglasses? Trick question. The answer is nowhere. Yet another stupid little thing to deal with. Conclusion: I hate this Jeep. Every single time I get in it and start it up, I am reminded of why I hate it as the stereo screams at me, I have to adjust the settings on the gas saver, the headlights, figure out where to put my sunglasses, and fumble around with my keys. And God forbid I don't put my seatbelt on. My least favorite vehicle of all time.

We rented this car while our Ford Explorer was being fixed. This car does not compare in the slightest bit. There are glitches in the Apple car play that hijack your phone and music. The seats are hard and uncomfortable and after a 3 hour car ride my back is killing me. It is just not a good car and I cannot wait for my car to be fixed

Absolutely love this small SUV. We own several 4x4 vehicles, Jeep Wrangler JK, Chevy Trailblazer, Honda CRV, and Chevy Suburban. Yes it is small, with that said it kicks butt. Drove it on 4x4 beach in outer banks and it was awesome. Finally ,got to get it some snow and it did not disappoint! Decent gas mileage(CRV is only car that gets better mpg) and no real mechanical issues thus far. Only 2 complaints, we did not get fob-less entry. Having to use fob to unlock door and then push button start means we usually have fob in hand when entering car. Car also doesn't have spare tire. Car has exceeded our expectations and we love it!
