Sports car in a SUV body
My 2017 QX50 has practically every option available. Great looks, outstanding performance. Total luxury and all the features, plus an 11 speaker Bose music system. Looks and rides like new with over 38,000 miles. Few cars or suv's compare. O

I Love Infiniti’s
Here’s my buying history w/ Nissan Motors: 71 Datsun 240Z, 1999 Pathfinder, 2001 Pathfinder, 2003 FX35, 2010 EX, 2012 EX35, 2014 Murano, 2017 QX50 … loved them all! All but two of those cars have the very reliable 3.5L V6 … the old Datsun had a straight 6 and the QX50 has a 3.7L V6 w/ 325 HP. The 2017 QX50 is the last Ex/QX model w/ the 6 cyl that started in 2008 … so the mfg has had 9 years to tweak the engine. Yea, it’s thirsty at 20 mpg but I like the power and the way it drives like a sports car. MPG is less important if you drive less than 10k miles a year. Plenty of cargo space for a couple … not so much for traveling w/ a family. If reliability, looks, comfort and handling are important to you, you can’t go wrong. Take a test drive … you’ll love it too!

Overall great vehicle!
I bought my QX50 with 12k miles...it was a "condo" car down here in Florida. It handles great, has awesome pick up out of the hole with its dynamic 325 hp V6. As expected, that comes with less than average fuel economy. The cargo space is limited but I use it for work and don't require a lot of storage. I agree with what many reviews have said about the front cop holders--they/were useless given their size and being too deep. But, I found a small latch that actually flips down a lip and curves the depth problem and now accompanies two cups/drinks. The rest of the interior is very upscale for a vehicle at this price point. The Bose stereo system is awesome, the seats are comfortable, and the dash is laid out nicely. Given it styling, I really like to think of it as a sedan sport utility vehicle. A word of advice, use premium fuel as the specs state--its performance is much better with it. I would recommend it to anyone.

the gas mileage is poor! i get somewhere between 12.5 to 14 mpg mixed driving the sticker claimed 20 mpg mixed its rated on sticker 17city 24 hwy. brought it back to dealer twice fo gas issue, they acted surprised tested it out internally thought it was ok! REALLY!!!.. navigation is messy with re functionality of screen or buttons.. the accessory utility space for cup holders or on door pockets is poor 40k$$$ vehicle,,,shame on them
