Fast fast fast!
My seventh INFINITI. The folks at Naperville INFINITI are the best. In and out in under an hour. Zero pressure. The q50 is great fun to drive. Fit and finish is typical INFINITI. Red sport seats are great. Another job well done. Thanks INFINITI.

Infiniti for over 10 years but no more!
My husband and I have been leasing Infinitis for over 10 years totalling to 4 Infinitis our latest 2018 q50 has been an absolute nightmare we have had 2 transmission changes , had to replace all 4 tires , our back door the lock wont open so you cant get in the back seat, we have had no accidents with this car and we have only driven 20000 miles in 3 years, a car is supposed to be reliable we have taken this car in to the shop so many times I cant even count , all while pregnant as a health worker during the pandemic when they werent giving loaner cars waiting hours for an answer and then having to figure out getting another car till ours was ready , our back door lock broke with our newborn in the back with no way to get in but climbing through the front we felt that we had a shitty broken down old car as opposed to a brand new luxury fully loaded car!! We will never again get an infinity cant wait to give this car in!!

Why so loud ?
Our first experience with Infinity was a 1997 Q-45. It was the best car we ever owned. Super comfortable, plenty of power, logical controls, but above all, incredibly quiet inside. Over the years we have had 4 others and things have gone steadily downhill. The last one left us when it began making a constant clicking noise in the AC system. Repair would be $4,000 on a car worth about twice that. Soooo, we arrive at the 2023. First, the damn road noise. Why they cannot build a quiet car is beyond me; they know how as they did it before. Then I learned that there is no spare tire ! "run flat" tires. Yeah, for how long? We're 80 years old and do not like uncertainty, such as not being able to change a flat tire, but must wonder what to do if a tire goes flat at night or on a weekend. This is just plain stupid. Then the climate controls. First, much too complicated. Heated seats, but not cooled - they did that years ago, why stop? In the dual mode, the temp goes up and down and my wife is constantly freezing or sweating. Can't have heat from floor on her side and cool air from dash on my side. Constant argument. What the manufacturers cannot understand is that very few people ever use most of these "features." Most, like us, will never use them. They add these for marketing purposes, so they can say that "we" have more XYZ that the other guy. UPDATE: after 2 years. Nothing has changed. Still don't like the car.

Luv my Sensory but.....
Great performance sedan! Pros, its comfortable, handles very well, sound system A+, sleek design, the illuminated lighting underneath is nice, and no real issues so far. Cons, the infotainment center the two I like but its sometimes difficult to find stuff. Car Play too many issues and has been recalled a couple of times, and still the same issues. Tires...Yikes do not opt for run flats, they do not hold up well. Badging, I have the new Sensory, but who would know that and the difference from the lower trims. You only know by looking at he tires. There should be a badge for the Sensory like the special edition models and the red sport. Glove box and center console too small. A lot of features, illuminated door plate, interior, tat should come standard in the higher trims. Also, heads up display would be nice. Overall, it's a great vehicle, I'd buy it again and excited to see the upgraded 2023.

Death trap
I feel sorry for the person who now oens this car. I have seen several deaths from loss pf steering in the q50 and its sad the manufacturer doesnt care about consumers. Im happy to hear sales on the q50 have fallen I took my car in the first month because of it drifting to the right constantly and was told its roadcrown but nothing ever inspected. roadcrown is in the right lanes not every lane. the 4th month the run flat on front right blew out on the sidewall but was no potholes around and roadside assistance never came to tow my car. I had to buy 4 new tires. The 14th month new tire on front right has sidewall damage again with a crack on the inner lip of the rim. Rim was replaced but nothing else inspected. Potholes will throw a car way out of alignment. i went to pay for alignment and only spec out was the left front toe. Now in spec car drifts to the right even more. So if you want a self driving car lol that will go from the left lane to the far right lane in 2 to 3 seconds all by its self i guess its for you. If you want a car that will be a constant money pit, unsafe snd warranty not covering this car is for you. The manufacturer claims this car is manufactured to constantly drift to the right but i csnt find this complaint anywhere. That seems to be the stupidest thing i ever heard and seems very unsafe. However the company has never drove the car to make this conclusion. cars are put at spec to fight roadcrown. ive never owned a car that seems to drive so unsafe. The lower control arm bushings are defective and leaking and this is whats causing this issue. These defects are not warrantable and cost me 3600.00 to fix the issue. The fuel rails are also defective and leaking gas. I have 25k miles and have replaced my tires 3 times now
