Good pickup, good looks inside and out, hybrid power outstanding but rides rough, feel the bumps. Noisefrom front like new road stuff flying up, only if I go over 60 mph?

2024 n line hybrid, bought it with 5,000 miles on it, drove great around town. Coming home on interstate I heard noise from the front. Sounds like going over a newly tarred road. Only happened when going over 60 mph. Ping, ping. Car fax says the fender liner was replaced, so I think the original owner had a problem the dealer could not fine. I very seldom go over 50 mph so not sure if I should take it to dealer.

As usual the miles per gallon as stated on the hybrid limited car is unobtainable At least 10 to 15 % less than advertised

This my second hybrid the first one was 2021 Ford Escape. The gas mileage in the Escape was better. I am doing more city driving so this may contribute to this factor. I still do not like the push button shift in the Hyundai I still think the Escape was a better arrangement. I do like the overall appearance of the Hyundai Tucson it's a little bigger and should carry more cargo. I do like the navigation system I end up using it alot. Once in awhile it takes you around Robin Hoods barn to get some where. I do not have any other issues with the vehicle.

Extremely comfortable. Only negative is if the car is not used for a week, sometimes the battery goes dead. Had this happen at the airport after returning from an overseas trip.

When we reach a speed of 60mph or higher, there is a flapping/knocking noise which comes from the driver's side of the dash. It is quite annoying and the dealer said it was the design of the car and there is nothing they can do.

Purchased my Tucson in December 2024. Traded a 2021 Toyota Venza that had 51k of trouble free miles. So far the experience has been a good one. Currently have 6400 miles. The fit and finish seems good with a smooth and quiet ride. As in other reviews I’ve experienced some difficulty in reaching the mpg suggested on the sticker. My driving is probably 60/40 city driving. But I have noticed some improvement since getting to about 5k miles and with warmer weather. So far I’d definitely recommend the Tucson.
