Trouble
I purchased this car used with 45,000 miles on it. i have only owned it for 4 years now and have had to spend over 2,000 dollars on repairs, which included brakes ( twice) the engine went. Both widows will not roll down possible electrical problem. Needless to say i am now buying a new car.
Hyundai Scoupe
A very good choice for a first car.
My Broken Hyundai
My relationship with my '92 Hyundai Scoupe has been nothing short of love/hate. I bought the car with roughly 135,000 miles on it in late 1998 for $2000. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun little car. However, in th past four years or so, I have had to pay around $3000 in repairs... that's over double the value of the car!!! Currently, it has 146,500 miles, which has to be a record for any early Hyundai, but those miles have come at a cost. When it's all said and done, I have a really generic, zippy, little unreliable car. When it's running, it runs well and is a blast to drive, but it's reliability problems get old fast.
Not bad, Not bad
AWESOME beginner cars....they handle like a dream! Though it's a 92, the interior is styled better than most modern cars, very sexy exterior design. I get all sorts of people asking me about my little Scoupe!
scoupe
Not bad for a cheap Turbo Sport Car, but there are many things that makes me nervous. First is that the turbocharger have oil liking, and the doors are not proper designed. Wind making trouble over 120 km/h. I want to know how can i tune it up to 160hp.
1994 Hyundai
I am very please with my Hyundai. It has been a great reliable car and will probably buy another Hyundai this year.
My Princess Warrior
I am the original of my Hyundai scoupe and I can't say enough great things about this vehicle! This little car loves cross country drives. The material that the car was built with is my main concern. It is a bit plastic for my taste. A few months ago I was hit by an 18 wheeler truck, rammed into a light post and this Hyundai kept going! Of course she had a few dents and I had to drill the rear bumper back on, but in terms of damage - I only had to get the tires re-aligned.
Satisfied with my Scoupe
I'm the second owner to my Scoupe. It had about 53,000 miles on her when I bought it 5 years ago. I change the oil every 3000 miles, and keep her tuned up. She has about 112000 on her now, and I've replaced things that you would normally replace on a vehicle with that many miles on it. I live in Maine, and for all the wear and tear I've given her, she's been an awesome little car. And for my next car, if I don't get a four wheel drive, I'm seriously considering buying another Hyundai vehicle (nothing prior to 1994, though).
Good
It has no problem taking but,it has trouble stopping. It is otherwise a great car.
Very happy with my scoupe
The only problems I've had with my scoupe in 3 1/2 years is replacing a water pump and a starter. She has a little miss every now and then, but it's just her way of telling me to tune her up.
best car ever
I bought this car is 1992 and it is the best car ever
Great
Runs excellent except when weather is really hot, then likes to bog out
My scoupe!
