Performance at what price?
The heartpounding expiriance as the Jack in the box V-tec screams to the 8,000rpm red-line makes you remember why you bought it. That, and the fact that it handles like an exotic. All this at a price, you have to pull over to scratch your back. Allthough its a bit tight inside, its not the kind of car you use to drive cross country.
Great buy - CD Player problem?
This car is a winner. It rides great for a sportscar, handles exceptionally well and has enough power to remind you that it is a sportscar. Gets decent gas mileage also.

fun car to drive
great looking car with outstanding performance: nimble, quick, responsive. can't really complain about its handling. you will be amazed how fast this car can go with just a 2.2 liter engine. however, it does require revving up the engine to 5600 rpm or else it feels much like a 2.2 accord. 161 lb/ft of torque just doesn't do the job. 20% more torque will be the perfect combinations for its 240 hp. stereo system has to be upgraded. rims are nicer with 17" on 04s and 05s but honda should replace them with more racey looking rims, the design on those stock rims looks kinda sissy. i know i am being very picky here but that's what review is all about, right?
Mid-Life?
I have wanted an S2000 since they came out. At that time, I settled for an Accord since I still had teens in the house. Well, I just hit 40 and what better gift to give myself! I love it! I don't take it grocery shopping because of the limited space, but I truly enjoy cruising around. It has met and exceeded my expectations. And I have had so many compliments on it already. I know I made the right choice!
fun but touchy
This vehicle is realy small especially for a 6 foot guy like me. This car runs at extremely high revs and wants to stall just @ 3,500 rpm. everything in it is real tight and sensitive. the interior could have been thought out a little better cuz its pretty cramped. Makes funny buzzing noises because of the high rpm's. handles great though, most likely due to its size. Amazing power for just a 2.2 liter, especialy the turbo charged version. Good exterior design. Have to be experianced in order to bring out the cars full power.
