I traded in my 07 cr-v for the 08 cr-v ex-L. I have installed a k&n air filter and did a synthetic oil change. I have noticed an increase in power and mileage. I am getting 31 hwy and around 22 city. well above what this vehicle is rated.I love the ride and I don't think i could ever go back to a sedan.

I have owned the CR-V for four months, and am extremely satisfied with it. The ride is comfortable and is a good small sized SUV. The only issue is that the computer MPG is almost always slightly higher than my calculated MPG (about 1 mpg error). Other than that, great car...

I don't think I'm your typical buyer - I drive a special edition Porsche 911 and I wanted some utility to carry stuff - dog, golf clubs, and occasionally people. My options going in were Lexus GX470, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, or the CR-V. I know - a crazy mix. I looked at BMW, Mazda, Subaru, etc. I bought the CR-V as I felt it had the quality of the BMW, solid structure (good handling), spaciousness, and fuel economy (light carbon footprint). I couldn't be happier - it has everything an more that I need and want in a vehicle of this type. Engine is sufficient for my tasks, handling is nimble, brakes great. Visibility is good, comfortable and economical - can it get any better. Very pleased.

I have owned a Jeep Wrangler for ten years and just purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V. This car drives like a Cadillac, nice and smooth and has lots of power. I am so impressed with the power. It has so much passing power. My CR-V is black with black leather seats. The interior is so classy and roomy. The sun-roof really opens things up and I love the shelf tray in the back. Lot's of room when you fold the back seats up.

I needed a new car in a reasonable price range. The CR-V is perfect for my needs. Great highway mileage; plenty of space and standard features have everything I need. It is somewhat bumpy at times on rough pavement, but it is dependable and I love the style of the exterior and interior. Also, the safety ratings are great. I live in Ohio and the weather is not great and it has handled very well in the rain and snow. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV or a new car period.
