I am a believer
This is the 1st new car I have ever purchased and the 1st Honda I have ever owned. I have always respected the quality that Honda cars represent -- and now I understand why it is actually so deserved. Plus, it is just damn fun to drive. Feeling like I made one of the best choices I have ever made in my adult life purchasing my Honda Civic. I love it. (It's almost sick.)
Great vehicle
This has been a great car. Bought it used at a Honda dealer. Have over 470,000 km (294k miles) and have not had any major issues. No oil loss between 13,000 km oil changes what so ever. Only complaint is the A/C don't seem to last. Would buy same again. UPDATE: Addition to my previous reviews of a 2009 Civic. Now have 611,000km (380,000 miles). Very little oil consumption, still drives great.

The rear end cups and chews tires up
The car has dropped in mileage. A new set of tires in the rear every 5 thousand miles. I've had to have 3 sets of tires put on the car. Sometimes the car will jump if you want to go ahead very carefully. You need to keep your foot on the brake in close quarters. American Honda will not recognize the tire problem and will do nothing about it, so only buy one if you want to put new tires on constantly, which is more expensive and bad for the environment.
I know this car
I went thru this car, changed out stereo for hands free bluetooth, pandora, sirus, all apps and more bells whistles. Then I put remote starter, and tinted the windows. This car is below 74K and treated like a baby. Its still driving tight and brand new.

Wouldn't touch this car!
After two weeks, the car was towed in with a failed speed sensor (feels like the transmission but I was told it wasnt). Two weeks after that the car was towed in again with a failed speed sensor and Honda replaced that and put in a new transmission too. The day I picked it up with the new tranny, the engine light went on. I then drove back to the dealer they said, Oh no, your IMA battery just needs a scheduled software upgrade. Sothe engine light goes on for an upgrade, if you leave your gas cap loose, or any other major problem.
