I am upgrading my review that I wrote in March 2010. We are more pleased than ever that we purchased this vehicle. We believe that this is the best Honda produced for 2010. Our vehicle is black on black with dark tinted windows and we continue to get compliments on the vehicle everyday. Most people say that they can not believe that this vehicle is made by Honda. My wife has taken over being the primary driver of this vehicle and she is impressed with the performance of the vehicle in the city and on the highway. I am glad we purchased the all wheel drive which has been a great benefit in the heavy rain. I look forward to testing the all wheel drive out in the snow this winter.

I never considered owning a Honda until I found the Crosstour. It is one FINE automobile. I has hip arthritis and the Crosstour offers ample leg room to stretch my legs. I like the instrument layout on the dashboard and it has plenty of bells and whistles for me. Passenger's say the rear seating is comfortable and spacious. This is more a couple, or grandparents, car because of the limited storage space. Unless your looking to carry a sofa or a refrigerator home from the store, there is plenty of room Drawbacks are: rear visibility is restricted with the split glass on the hatchback and the EX-L is only available with leather seating, which is a hazard on hot, sunny days.

Only have it for a month and less than 1000mi, very comfortable ride, good pick-up considering the size of the car, lots of interior room, easy trunk access and utility, seats fold down with a simple handle, great under trunk storage, great sound system. Somewhat difficult to see out the sides when changing lanes, a little of a blind spot takes getting used to. Also a little tough to to see out when backing up. Love the car, gets lots of stares, unusual looking which I like, not like every other car out there. Looks like the new BMW GT for half the price.

Traded in my ’07 Accord EX-L for Crosstour EX.. The car is unbelievable. I was originally concerned with giving up the EX-L trim, but with the std feats on the EX it was still an upgrade from the ’07 Accord. The car is very responsive to the road and has great handling. Plenty of power to get you up and moving. The interior is well laid out and has plenty of upgrade features. There is a ton of room both in the front and rear. I love the styling. It turns heads where ever I go. Blind spots do take some getting used to. A perfect blend of the Pilot and Accord. I believe Honda is trying to get some momentum on this vehicle and I was able to negotiate pretty heavily.

Had my eye on Cadi CTS but blown head gasket on current Caddy real turnoff! American not equal to Foreign. Sorry, folks, maybe someday. Moved attention to BMW 5-series. Saw new BMW X6. Hmm! Then saw CrossTour. Wow 5- series and CrossTour test drove nearly identical. No sticker shock! I'm worried about tickets; caught myself 80+ several times. This car is turning heads and getting comments; all favorable. There are some who don't see its beauty. HELLO! Work of art here! Needs a manual 5-speed for more fun and excitement.

I was one of the first few who bought this vehicle (dec 09), when the media was kicking off dust over it's styling. Myself and my wife fell in love with styling of this car with our first look at it. Build quality is true to Honda and is very good. Rear visibility felt little compromised in the beginning, but then you will quickly get over that, especially once you start noticing the view below the spoiler. Turning radius is little less compared to accord which I was used to, but it's matter of few days by which you will get over it. It's is fantastic vehicle, gives Smooth and excellent ride, adequate power, quiet interiors and ample space. Vehicle feels very tight, sturdy and sporty!

I have had this Crosstour for a month now and have no huge complaints. Smooth ride, quiet, slick, looks great, plenty of room, back seats great, good factory tires, great headlights for night driving, molding and seams fit very well, and love the hatchback. Kinda funny how many folks have not liked the pictures and I have to agree it looks much better in my garage! Don't waste your money on AWD if you live a warmer climate due to less fuel mileage. So far, I would buy this car again.

When I bought my Crosstour I was actually thinking of buying a Venza. I am a long time Toyota owner and I thought that would never end. Until I drove the Crosstour. It is far more comfortable and stylish then the Venza. And way more sexy. There is nothing I don't like about this car.

This is perfect for empty-nesters for parents with very young kids who don't yet need 3rd row seating, carrying soccer teams, etc... My wife and two 6ft teenage sons love it. I wanted to get my wife her first car versus SUV or mini van in about 15 years. It feels much bigger and more substantial than an Accord sedan. Very wide and log but in a good way. Not cheap or flimsy. Better ride, acceleration and performance than our old Pilot. Also less expensive than new Pilot. Especially when coming from an SUV or mini van, you MUST get the back-up camera (which is excellent even when snowing at night) or at least the dealer-installed back-up sensors. If you are leasing, the factory nav is better.

I accidentally found this car while looking at other Honda models. It is everything I wanted. My husband and I fight over who can drive it. Had many features that weren't included in some of the reviews we read about it. Only thing it doesn't have is an automatic start. Everything my Lexus had and more. Rear view slightly difficult, but we both got used to it as we have had sports cars. Don Carlton had MANY colors and styles - more than even Dallas. Sam, at that dealership, was great to work with.

For the last 21 years I've driven only BMW's. I thought it was time to grow up since I am now 64. I drove everything in Houston over the last 2 years and to my surprise I fell in love with the Crosstour. It does everything well. I'm 6'5" and have no problem with headroom like with 95% of everything else. The car is fun to drive (it isn't a BMW but then I didn't want another one) sporty in fact. Mileage has been great with the 3-4-6 cylinder operation of the engine. The build quality is exceptional and the car feels very solid. After much looking and test driving I believe I made the correct choice. The only cars I liked as well were the Acuras, which is a Honda, but I fit in only the MDX.

Honda went for something different and they succeeded. A great 5 door hatchback with AWD that looks like a coupe and many luxury appointments. Quiet ride made it a contender for me, because the regular new Accord sedan was just too loud for all that money. Great power, great room, great handling, and great cargo capacity. If you want a wagon or an SUV this is not the car for you, but if you want sporty looks, more cargo space than a sedan and great legroom for a growing family, then you have found your dream car.

I considered a couple of more truck- like crossovers. Ultimately I picked the Crosstour and am happy I did. Deciding factors were the Honda build quality and reliability reputation, as well as the better gas mileage obtainable from the Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) engine, which cuts out cylinders when the engine is not under load. I've owned several Honda's and this one has better build quality than ever, and the interior surfaces, leather and storage are better than any of my previous Hondas. Ride is smooth and quality. Fit and finish are tight. The Nav/Entertainment system is much improved from Hondas of a couple years ago, including Bluetooth and iPod interface. Great car!

We love our accord crosstour. We have had it just over one week. We purchased the Ex-l(all wheel) We added mud guards. We realized once we got home we would also like the bumper protector due to scratching near trunk area.View out back takes some adjusting.Nothing in owners manual pertaining to all wheel drive. This is a car we look forward to driving in snow

I previously owned a Toyota Venza (all of 13 months)and stepped into a Honda dealership on a whim. The mistake (or good fortune) was test driving the Crosstour. What a difference when compared to the Venza. The Crosstour has better ride quality, better built and well appointed. I liked the Venza, but my concern with Toyota has been its lack of attention to detail. The Venza felt cheap when compared to the Crosstour. The best things Venza had going was the remote tailgate, push button start and more cargo room. However, the trade offs were worth jumping to the Crosstour. It's just a far superior vehicle in terms of overall quality.

We have enjoyed our Crosstour exactly one month today and are ecstatic to say it has proven to feel like it is worth far more than we paid. This is a car we bought based on articles, reviews, past Honda experience, and Honda reputation. How rare is that? Absolutely solid as a rock, feels all of one piece, not a single rattle, squeak, or wind noise. Feels far more luxurious than our previous Pilot EX- L. My wife and teenage sons love it. This is a rare car that feels special every time you drive it. Everyone is amazed at how quiet and unfazed it feels. It reminds me of the old days when cars weighed over 2 tons and would glide.

This car is fantastic and a heck of a lot cheaper than the Acura TLS.

Moved into this car from a Mercedes. Have been driving MB for about 15 years and was concerned about making the change. Must say, I have never been happier with a new car! The Crosstour is loaded, fun to drive and gets me lots of attention! I was shocked to read reviews on the net where folks thought it was not visually appealing. I think she is gorgeous! Really a bad --- car! So much fun. Can't wait to get up in the am and take her for a drive, even if it is work! I love this car!

We recently sold our 06 Pilot w/ 87K miles on it. The mileage in the Crosstour is much better than the Pilot and the CT has more room. We found that we never used the third seat in the Pilot and the Crosstour's second row seat has a lot more room. The ride in the CT is amazingly smooth and the interior is even quieter than our Lexus LS. The CT also has a beautiful interior/dash with very high quality materials.

While we don't often require a large trunk, the occasional purchases at Ikea, etc., made us appreciate the trunk capacity of our old Dodge Intrepid, especially when the rear seats were folded down. Looking for a new car, not an SUV, we were drawn to the Crosstour and have been pleased so far. We've already hauled a tall bookcase. The car is well-finished and comfortable, and the high driving position is a plus.

Mind blowing upgrade from 07 Civic EX w/ Navi ! Driving experience amply luxurious. Road clearance great, car feels solid and sturdy. Cabin really comfy + quiet, even on highways, roomy (I’m 6ft 180 lbs). Engine a bit slow from stop but catches up fast. Tech gadgets intuitive + useful, but not flawless (I’m an engineer; I know). Unique sporty styling (esp. front grille) has turned heads and incited inquiries. Fit and finish (esp. interior) great. I’m sure long drives will be enjoyable. Mileage as advertised 1st tank 17.5 mpg (mostly city) Bottom line: Great value, comfort + goodies justify cost. Awesome family car, but also sporty + technologically advanced to appeal to young single guy (me

We wandered through every dealership and drove just about every car in the same class and are thrilled with the choice. From Audi (awful) to Subaru - it was an easy decision. The car jumps through building traffic and has plenty of hp to separate itself. The styling has drawn lots of favorable comments every where we go. The car is green (tough color to find)with a tan leather interior and is absolutely beautiful against all other cars in the class. The exterior may raise eyebrows but we like it and it doesn't look like every other car on the road. Great interior appointments - lots of room (moving out of Sienna). A great car for families or anyone needing the space.

Wow!! My family has added a third Honda! I had hoped that this car would be available when it was time to add to our Honda car family. We already had an Accord and a Pilot. Both vehicles have served us well and it was an easy decision to buy another Honda. The only real decision was how to get as big a vehicle as possible without it being a full size SUV or minvan. I can say without hesitation that the Crosstour is a great addition to the Honda family.

I assume the 7.5 rating the editor gives this terrific car has to do with it's lack of room compared to other SUVs. Well they don't get it. What they should be saying is that the Crosstour has a great deal of room compared to other cars. This has all the attributes of an excellent car and the benefits of an SUV. I also drive a Infinity G35X and the Crosstour although may not be quite as peppy, it is in definitely in the same class.

I purchased my Crosstour last week and I guess I should say "we" got it since my husband has driven it more than I have. I was driving a 2001 Toyota Rav which I loved for the practicality and gas mileage but hated the lack of luxury. I had been set on getting the Infinity EX but after driving the Crosstour and seeing all the features with the EXL model I was sold. The only thing we liked more on the EX was the clock. The backseats in the Crosstour offer so much more space and comfort. The cargo area has the cool storage underneath, where the spare tire is on the EX. This car is very luxurious without the price.

We were one of the first to buy one of these in our area. It has been an outstanding performer in all aspect with the possible exception of the rear view visibility. We have been very happy with the mileage. We just took a 400 mile road trip over a 3,000 foot mountain pass in both directions and at 70 MPH we still got 25 MPG. I love the leg room (6'2"). Before buying this car, we rented a Ford Taurus and the limited leg leg room had me in pain within 10 minutes.

Traded my Volvo XC 70 for the Crosstour and never looked back. I researched AWD wagons and crossovers and this was the clear winner. The crosstour is superior to the Volvo (and numerous luxury SUVS) in comfort, reliability, ease of maintenance and great looks. Despite the absence of a turbo, there is plenty of power and responsiveness. Plenty of cargo space - my German shepherd fits in the car very nicely. The interior envelops you and is extremely quiet. This is the car I have been waiting a long time for and finally found.

Best car I ever owned, beautiful styling, fun to drive, interior room super, rear seats, actual higher then then front seats. Tight steering, good handling, fast, just get on it, shifts through gears like a dream, love the rear space, put an living room club chair inside and closed the hatch, many stooge compartment, sunglass holder, cell phone, coin holder, deep cup holders, cd, and extra bottle holder in doors, get many compliments on looks and color. Honda is a very well built car, star war electronics, separate climate control, super radio, sound system, controls on steering wheel, also bluethooth, hands free, safety, 10 air bags, Honda engine, 3,4, 6 cyl. Great gas mileage, over 30 mpg.

I have owned or leased Ford/Lincoln cars for several decades. I admire Ford Motor Co. for standing on their own during the financial crisis. I was preapproved for any vehicle I wanted from Lincoln. So, what did I do? I leased a Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L w/ Navigation. We are empty nesters and don't need 2 large SUV's anymore. I am extremely happy with my Crosstour of 1 month! It has excellent acceleration, has a quiet and smooth ride and the voice activated navigation system is awesome. You can actually tell it to change AC temps, change radio stations, or find a gas station, with 1 touch of a button on steering wheel. The only drawback I have found is poor gas mileage in city.

This was an impulse purchase. Last December my partner was looking to buy an Accord Coupe (which he did)but when I saw the CT I had to have it. It's solid, fun to drive, classy and way better than the 07 Pacifica I had been driving. Have never had so many people ask me about the car and rave over its style. I'm a proud owner.

Love the Crosstour, had a CR-V and was tired of the bumpy ride , but loved Honda so traded. Have had lots of compliments on the car. Was on the freeway and a Honda Accord occupants passing me gave a "thumbs up" about the car. Love the two driver setting as I share the driving on a trip. Also like the side view mirror droping as I back into my garage. That way I don't hit anything. Great car to drive in every way.
