selling lemons. Buyer beware.
Paid $81,000 and nothing but problems!!! Do not buy!!! Water leak due to them not placing sunroof gasket. 2nd water leak from roof antenna, electrical issues throwing sensors on before truck break down. Plus every 2 weeks I have to call roadside assistance to jump my truck after a long day at work.

Save your money
Bought brand new Yukon 2021 early Sept. Immediately drove it to Florida from PA with the kids. Issues all along the way with buttons not working and system errors. On the ride back safety system error warning popped up every 1/4 mile. Since then, its been a nightmare. Random, goofy things keep happening. While driving the mirrors will fold in and out, speakers on drivers side stopped working for 2 days, radio was stuck on 1 station for a day, rear lights will randomly flash, stopped at a red light and the steering wheel started making noise and moving all over the place, check engine light came on to be told to keep driving it til it went off then took it in to have 41 codes pop up, and on and on. There's much more... they've replaced the module now 4 times. I have young kids and I am scared to drive the thing because its always something goofy and I'm just waiting for the big stuff to start happening since I haven't even put any wear and tear on the thing yet. Out of 4 months, my yukon has been in the dealership OVER 54 days. And they just rejected my claim that its a lemon... I need to keep taking it in is their solution. Do not buy... I own a $70k dumpster fire of a vehicle that I'm stuck with.

Never ending problems 2021 GMC Yukon Denali !
Bought my 2021 Yukon Denali on October 2020. It’s already been to the service 5 times and on Monday it’s going back . They even kept it there almost 30 days one time . Had electrical problems which included the electrical harness and the module and one part was not available. After over 20 days they got the part only to find another electrical part was not working. This also caused rear seat entertainment to not work . And now the rear seat entertainment only works when it feels like it . Still not fixed ! Another issue i keep getting SD Card has been removed which it hasn’t . This causes my navigation not to work . Took it again to dealership service dept and was told SD card works fine. Message popped in and out now it’s just there. Also every time i wash my vehicle the water stays on roof swishes on roof . It doesn’t drain properly. Took it twice they say it’s fine. They finally ordered new part to replace the tubes so hoping it works. It’s going back to the service dept for who knows how long this time . It’s a shame for such a beautiful and very expensive vehicle to have so many problems ! Come on GMC do better and fix all these issues! I’m paying a lot of money for my vehicle to be at the repair shop longer than it is with me ! Shame !! I would recommend anyone looking to buy a GMC Yukon Denali , get something else or maybe stay away from the 2021 model. I traded my 2018 Yukon Denali for the 2021. I truly regret it! The 2018 didn’t give me any problems. Edit : Fast forward to June 2022 and new problem arose on sept 2021. It’s using oil but no leaks. After oil change after 1000 miles it lost 2 qt dealership added oil . Then again lost 1 qt after 1000 miles . I keep getting warning message low oil add oil ! So annoying . I bought a piece of junk. I have to keep going to dealership every 1000 miles so they can document ! But apparently GMC says it’s normal to use up oil. My 2018 Yukon GMC never did this .
GMC, what in the world?!
We purchased our GMC Yukon Denali XL in Nov 2021. We expected a luxury vehicle. GMC did not deliver on that expectation! Since the first week we owned it (with 8 miles on it), we noticed the acceleration was not smooth and felt it slipping. Within a week or two of that, on the highway a shredding noise from underneath began to happen. Imagine running over tar (well in Michigan it’s not imaginary) that is the sound it makes constantly with speeds over 60mph. Oh and don’t take it to the Smoky Mountains because your service engine light will come on since this “beast” cannot handle the terrain. Here we are 10 months later and the radio volume decided it wanted to turn down your music as you attempt to turn it up. And today, after having the defrost on and switching the vent system over to feet, it will only blow face regardless of the setting it is on. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the vehicle and are in the process of looking into getting rid of it. Shame on GMC for pushing these less than mediocre vehicles out to consumers.

Do not buy GM products
I strongly advise against purchasing GM products; they proved to be unreliable. After spending $93,000 on my 2022 Denali, a necessary software upgrade resulted in a faulty OnStar module. The download error caused constant software restarts, draining my battery and damaging the module. Despite this occurring on September 23, 2023, my Denali is still at the shop with no ETA for the replacement module. GM's dealerships and service departments have been disappointingly unhelpful. The customer service is abysmal, as confirmed by a GM manager who explained that once a vehicle is sold, it loses priority. I'm left paying for a luxury truck that I can't drive. This experience has convinced me that this will be my last GM purchase. I hope your company learns from misusing the trust placed in you, as I can't determine what's worse — your unreliable products, poor customer service, or unhelpful dealerships.
