Used 2023 GMC Terrain Consumer Reviews
Great Buy
Came across this 2022 GMC Terrain SLE with low mileage and many options that we never had before. Many safety features, making driving fun and safe. Came with On Star and all the features offered. So far, we are completely satisfied with the deal we made with Videon.

Better Options Out There
I have had four GMC Terrains. A 2011, two 2020's and a 2022. The 2011 was very dependable and comfortable. However, it started burning excessive oil and the timing chain had to be replaced. Poor design. The 2020 was sturdy reliable and comfortable. The 1.5l engine is very underpowered, the stereo/touch screen lags and unless you have the Bose system the sound is subpar. The 2022 is not as comfortable. The touch screen lags significantly worse than the 2020. It has intermittent runability problems, the tires (Hankooks) are so bad and shaky I had to replace them. Three different dealers couldn't balance them and GM would not warranty them. Expensive item for a new suv. It has air leaks through the window weather striping. Again I was told by the dealer that it is normal due to soft rubber being used (I have a 1991 Chevy Truck that seals better). The 2.0 l engine isn't available anymore which only leaves the gutless 1.5l as an option. The Bose stereo is the best feature with great sound. GM has really gone downhill on quality. It used to be GM products were superior in quality, but that's a thing of the past. When you combine that with the untrained technicians at the dealerships and the even worse Customer service from GM corporate I will not be purchasing any more of their products. I purchased a new GM vehicle every year up through 2023. Now, because of poor quality, lack of Customer service and their support of gay pride I will be switching to Mazda or Mitsubishi.

Not worth the price...
Cheap interior with alot of hard plastic and alot of rattles and vibrations. A noisy ride : at highway speed, you have to almost yell for the rear passengers to hear you speak. The Bose sound system is just OK, you gt a clearer sound quality with more bass. All the cheap plastic eattles once you start raising the bass and the volume With the 1.5L turbo engine, although not very powerful, offers great fuel economy (im currently at 8.6L/100km). We have a Toyota RAV4 with the same equipment. And we prefer it by far, it cost 5k less and it's slightly bigger.
