2024 GMC AT4 Lemon Truck
After being a FORD guy for over 35 years, I decided to give GMC a try :/ I drive out with the brand new AT4 on thursday evening, after just 40 miles I wake up in the morning to find a big puddle of trans oil on my driveway. I call the salesman and drive it to the dealership, on the way there almost complete shutdown, engine over heat is on, A/C out!! Engine noise!!, get to the dealership wanting to talk to the manger, to no avail! Salesman and service tech tell me theres nothing to do but put it in to service. Absolutely displeased and irritated with GM dealership,..DO NOT BUY GMC! does Lemon Law apply here?
bait and switch
The truck is OK, but one of the features that i really wanted was wireless android auto. It does have it, but only for the first month. Then they make you buy a $50 per month plan to keep it. Not only that but they sell the service through a shady third party (onstar). I had to block their number because they will call nonstop untill you sign up. I feel ripped off on my $70k truck.

Unhappy, lemon owner
After owning for pick up trucks for most of my life, I’ve decided to buy this GMC 1500 Sierra Denali had a beautiful interior and a lot of things to help my handicap that Ford didn’t have. After spending almost $80,000 it is the biggest lemon I have a Hundred plus videos on my phone showing the dealer the issues all they get is it software problems or we can’t duplicate the problems GPS does not work all the time radio does not work all the time. Breaking system doesn’t work properly when driving and coasting and you let your foot off the accelerator Breaks slam on when there’s absolutely no cars near you and you just want to coast up to a light other issues

Six month review
2023 Sierra Elevation Crew Cab 4WD 5.3l V8. I bought the Sierra to replace my 2003 Silverado which had been the best vehicle I'd ever owned so I had high expectations. Overall, I really like the GMC and appreciate the comfort features. I'll list some of my positives and negatives but most of the negatives are very minor so judge for yourself. Hopefully, this helps you. Positives: Very smooth and quiet ride. Decent mileage (~20mpg highway, 5.3l V8). Excellent trailering app and brake controller. Plenty of cargo loops (12x). Bumper step is nice. No gas cap is cool. Truck looks great. Love the Titanium Rush color. Negatives: Auto-stop was annoying so I installed an auto-stop eliminator. Fog lights are very weak. Climate controls are hard to use as the buttons are small and you can't really tell what the setting is until you press a button. The dashboard vents blow directly at your face regardless of which way the vanes are aimed. The fan is quite loud above the lowest speed setting. The seats aren't very comfortable so I added a seat pad that also helps me see over the high hood line (I'm 5'10"). The radio changes volume randomly. Side-exit exhaust would be better so as to not fill the garage with exhaust or blow at me while I hook up the trailer. Final words: Overall, the truck is great. If you test drive one, be sure to drive the 3.7l diesel. I was very impressed but stuck with the 5.3l gas because I liked it so much in my old Silverado.

Love this truck!
Has everything I need, rides comfortable, and the 2.7L turbo drives considerably better than the 4.6L I traded in for it.
