So much fun to drive, roomy and great gas mileage at 26 for the 4x4
I owned this car second hand from Carmax and had it for 10 years, best little car ever. She was really roomy, loved taking the top off and yes she was noisy but who cares. Heater worked great when I needed it, never had too many issues. Gave her a bath every week and took care of every service that was needed. I would get another in a heartbeat !
Fun Dependable SUV
Fun to drive, great gas mileage, drives more like a car than a truck. Very dependable, had no problems. Rag top is great.
A Useful Machine
This is hardly a flashy vehicle, but it has served faithfully and well since its purchase in 1996.
Didn't listen to others & took a chance
I just turned 70,000 miles on my 1996 Tracker and it is still running strong! Initially I was told not to purchase a Geo because they were not very reliable cars. I'd have to say that based upon my Tracker's performance that this is false. This is a wonderful little truck to own. It is great in the summer w/the top off and it plows through the snow w/the 4 wheel drive. If you can find one in good shape I'd say go for it!
Fun car
I bought this car at around 120,000 miles and immediately took a road trip from Salt Lake to Mesa, Arizona. It handled it like a champ. I have also taken it four wheeling several times and this car can climb! It has been a year with minor repairs. I had a tune up, belts replaced, and so on. (the previous owner did not seem to ever do this) I hope I can have this fun car for many more years.
