Fun to drive! Reliable!
Never had any major repairs, just maintenance. Fun to drive, I've had it for 6+ years. One problem, knocking noise after you turn off heater or a/c. Ever since I bought the car. Infotainment system not the best but gets the job done. Overall satisfied with my st.

Transmission troubles are real
I rented this car. The transmission problems that people speak of, they were present in my rental. If I was trying to turn left with oncoming traffic, I would press the accelerator and wait... wait what seems a lifetime, but perhaps about one second... then the car would lunge forward and clumsily across the road. Waiting a second when traffic is coming is downright dangerous, and when the car does start to move it really moves in a scary lunge. Just adding my two cents. It's been about a year since I rented it, but it was so bad I will never forget it!

FUN ALERT FUN ALERT! Auto Transmission only people need not apply!
Okay will be putting nearly 500 miles per week on this car. I will wait while you do the math. I did go for the 100k 7 yr. warranty. I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't have that option. I have learned that over 80% of the population cannot drive a stick. Well that is bad for them and awesome for me. If you know how to drive one. Oh you will fall in love with the zippy feisty fiesta! have yet to meet a car that wasn't fun with an auto trans. In fact most cars I test drove didn't have a manny available. I do a lot of traveling and commuting. My morning coffee smells better and my ride is awesome. Its a fun commuter car that will brighten your mornings! Don't pass this one up!!
A much improved year for the Fiesta!
I have read so many bad reviews on the 2011 and 2012 fiestas and i think the 2014's are alot improved compared to those. My transmission used to be kind of unresponsive and sluggish but a trip to the dealer and a software upgrade made it more zippy and ride and drive like a dream. I kind of lost hope in the fiesta until i made the trip and now i am really satisfied with the car. What you pay is what you get with this car. You get bluetooth with hands free phone support which is my favorite feature to have in any car. Sound system sounds great, i jam in the car everyday and everytime i drive it. Car is pretty comfortable considering the price range. I would recommend this car as long is it's 2014 or above as these are much more reliable, fun, and better looking then the older models!

Wow I have been impressed with this little car
After having had a Jaguar XF, Mercedes C-Class, Mercedes E-Class, BMW 3 series and Pontiac G8...I finally came to a point in my life where I wanted to stop blowing money on heavily depreciating cars that get crappy gas mileage and get something economical and practical. I test drove this little Fiesta Hatch against some other economy cars and this one was way more fun to drive, it's like driving around a little go kart. Not very many creature comforts, mine doesn't even have cruise control, but when I calculate out my MPG and I am getting around 37-39 mpg a tank in COMBINED driving...it makes up for it. Cramped rear seats but I rarely use those. Mine had a problem where it had clunky/sputtering shifting in 2nd gear sometimes on acceleration, and even though I bought my car used since it had under 50k miles and was within its warranty period the dealer replaced the clutch free. Ever since it's been driving like a dream. The fact that I got 39 mpg out of an entire tank of combined driving blows my mind. Very happy with this little car. Only paid $4,500 for it and it had a clean title and only 43k miles when I bought it...what a purchase so far. Not much room left to depreciate and my insurance is only $56 a month. Only spending about $50 a month on gas.
