Used 2021 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Consumer Reviews
Tailgate opening and cheap interior
I purchased a new F150 King Ranch truck for work and can not put your tools in the truck's bed. The tailgate has randomly opened while driving down the road on about ten occasions. Now they have a recall. The last time I lost about $1000 worth of tools. When I complained they said nothing was wrong. Then a recall, the dealership did the recommended (recall) repairs, and I asked for a guarantee that it would not happen again. Nobody will say for sure the problem is fixed. I read on the web that after the so-called fix, it still happens. How can you use a truck for work when you can not count on the tools remaining in the bed when you arrive? Ford's Joke of a customer service said, "put your tools in the back seat." You have got to be kidding—a truck that costs over $70,000, and they don't give a damn.

2021 Ford Shudder issues/
My 2021 Ford F150 has vibration, Shuddering, ABS brake issues. The worst Ford truck I've ever driven and no support from Ford. Beware if you are thinking about buying one. Make sure you drive it on the highway first.

RUST
Great running truck - OTA updates are the way to go for an automotive standard. One issue I’m not happy about is For decision to put an 18” as a spare for the 22” tires standard on the Limited Truck . It’s short cutting cost at the owners expense. Not a way to retain customers. Especially at the price for a Limited

Flash bang warning lights
Have had car for 5 weeks. Been to the dealer 4 times. Warning lights for camera and back up brake assist keep coming on. When I take it in they say they can’t replicate. Basic message from Ford - just deal with it. Sorry.

Bad electronics
I purchased a 2021 F-150 king ranch. Beautiful truck, 3.5 v6 400 horse power, smooth and powerful. One week into ownership i started getting “rear brake assist not available” error messages. Took to dealer and they did a 360 degree camera alignment which did not fix the issue. I then started getting a ton of error messages and warnings. Collision warning with nothing in front of me; brake failure warnings; hill start assist warning; service advance trac; pre collision assist not available, etc… i took back to dealer. After being in service for 40 days, Ford recommended they replace a bnc cable. That fixed it for about 14 days and now i’ve started getting the same warnings again. I’ve now requested a repurchase by Ford under the lemon law. Now my mother in law just purchased a 2022 platinum f150. She got her 1st error message while driving it home from the dealership. Ford has serious issues right now. I’m getting a Ram.
