a great truck
6.2 engine is awesome. power to spare even with 2 sleds on the deck and two more on trailer. (added a leaf to the rear) 16 mpg loaded and empty i will sneak 18 out of her. 170K miles, (switched to mpg not litres per hundred, for i am old and understad standard better. lol) and not one thing done to engine and drivetrain, just wear parts in truck

Just what I always wanted
I purchased my first F-150 in 2019. It was just what I wanted and needed. It's a 2012 F-150 Lariat 4x4 8cyl 5.0 with a 6.5 bed. This truck is durable on the road and highway, and it operates and drive smoothly. It's a used truck, which I make sure the oil is changed 2 or 3 times a year. Also, I had the front & rear differential oil changed: transmission oil changed: new spark plugs; new air filter: two new serpentine belts: new 18 inch wheels & tires: new radiator: new Pioneer stereo & antenna: new bedcover: two new front seat covers: new front and rear floor mats. This truck is just what I always wanted. When you want something you give it your love. This will probably be my last purchase of a vehicle, but if I do buy another vehicle, it will be a F-150. The one thing that I would like to have is a non dealership mechanic that can help me maintain my F-150 called “Big W.” After owning Big W for nearly 4 years, it has been what I dreamed it would be. It still drives well, runs great and handle the rough roads outstanding. Looking to have a painted and new upholstery in 2027, after I pay it off. Still loving my 2012 F-150 called “Big W.”

Great truck for the price
It's awesome to run errands and pick things up to haul, or commute to work and back. The 3.7 doesn't have as much low end torque as a towing truck should but it does the job just fine .
