Excellent truck for towing
I got the 3.5 Ecoboost with the rearend that allows for 11,300 lb towing. What a great vehicle. it outpulls my old 5.3 Silverado. The comfort of the ride is great and we love to take it on trips. We haul sheep and equipment and have pushed the upper end of the towing. no problems and exceptional power. mileage is about 13 to 14 in town and 18-19 on road with the 10% ethanol
F 150 super truck
The first truck I have ever owned that rides like a luxury car.

The Brown Bomber Strikes
I have owned many trucks but this Ford is by far the most comfortable to ride and drive. Yes, is was a bit pricey but after 193,000 miles with no, zero, nothing major ever going wrong I have to said its worth every dime.

Ecoboost performance issues
Ecoboost provides excellent performance when it runs right. One year later and multiple trips to the dealership to remedy an intermittent power loss and missing on hard acceleration. Gas mileage has been a disappointment. 17 highway and nowhere near the 21 advertised. Plenty of power to tow my classic car and enclosed trailer, but I avoid towing. Can't stand the 5 to 6 mpg when towing. My last service at the dealership was for the 30k service. Found out later I got stiffed for a $200 trans service they never did. When I followed up with the standard customer survey and gave an honest rating I got a nasty text message from technician.
Perfection for Ford
I just pray my next truck is as good as this one has been for the past 5 years. I never had a vehicle that did not need constant maintenance trips to the dealership. I hate to trade it in but....UPDATED 01/22/2017 !!! Traded in my 2011 ford for a 2016 same animal except stepped up to a Lariat. Oh my God what a nice machine. Surpassed my dreams. I have had this rig for a year now and absolutely love it. I say perfection repeated. I have 16000 miles on it now and she has been tested tried and true. Gotta love Ford.
