Bought a 95 F150 with the 4.9 inline 6 about 10 years ago. Put 120,000 more miles on it and could sell it today for more than i paid for it. Those engines are almost bulletproof. I’d drive mine to the moon if there were enough gas stations between here and there. Expect to get 500,000 miles out of mine. Wouldn’t trade it for a new one.
