2024 Escape was sold with dangerous defect
My brand new 2024 Escape Hybrid started to break down while driving at high speeds (on the interstate) causing a very hazards condition. The first repair they replaced a sensor, which did not fix the problem. The second repair, they replaced the entire gas tank. I subsequently found out that there was a service bulletin for this defect that was outstanding at the time I purchased the car. This really shows a lack of concern on the part of Ford for the safety of their customers.

My 6th Ford Escape - and My Favorite!
The 2024 Ford Escape has some very understated upgrades that make a huge difference in looks and overall driving. The ignition button has been moved under the much bigger screen, which makes it easier to get to when turning it on and off. The screen is incredibly large, easy to read and makes it easier to navigate backing up as you can see from many angles. The interior is two toned and really pretty. The other features are similar to my past 5 Escapes, which I loved. And, the new car smell? Magnificent!
Towable
Love our 2024 Escape PHEV. Since January purchase, have put only 11 gallons of gas in 1,100 miles. Love the leather seats and the big 13 inch screen. Fun to drive.
