Worst vehicle owned
Bought a all wheel drive crossroad brand new in January 2017. It has been nothing but problems since! Dash had a clip break in it, transmission leaks yet was told by the dealership it is not leaking and leaks are covered under warranty just not seaps. We have pictures of the transmission leak to prove it does leak as well. Then a wheel sensor has gone out also. All this within 9mo of owning the vehicle, and all I'm told is at least it's covered under warranty! As of now the vehicle sits and isn't driven and still paying a loan for a vehicle i can't drive for the fear something else major is going to break or go wrong! Not a safe vehicle to travel my children around in! Would I recommend this vehicle to anyone? Nope I sure won't!

Not again
Bought a 2017 Journey GT with 21890 miles a lease return, 3 days after purchase the display screen on radio was going in and out, was replaced .great ride has all options and looks nice, at 27000 miles the oil pump had to be replaced, and another radio display ,had it in for a jerky shift and was told rear wheel bearing , replaced it.now I have a service AWD system and car jerks or doesn’t want to move when starting out! What’s next?

2017 Dodge Journey GT AWD
Bought from a dealer used still under warranty Vehicle shakes heavily at around 70mph. Took it to a local Dodge dealer, was told to have tires balanced. They never looked at it. Later the rear hatch release broke, replaced under warranty. In the mean time I had tires balanced, rotated, replaced all 4, still shaking. Car has only 29,000+ miles on it. Back to dealer, out of warranty by this time but now for $1,700 they were more than happy to look at it and repair it. Front caliper was froze up and not releasing, bad rear wheel bearing. There was a pretty rapid diagnosis once warranty was up. Service personnel stated that if I had bought from them and was a good customer he could maybe do something for me. Very disappointed with Dodge. Non of those parts should have worn out at 29,000 miles. I have a 2012 Journey SXT that has performed well but I would stay away from the 2017 GT AWD. I think it may be time to look at other manufactures.
