Used 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Minivan Consumer Reviews
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Limited AWD
This vehicle is overall a solid minivan choice... esp in black with the S-Appearance package... The Limited version took 2.5 months to be delivered from a custom order... with several disappointing omissions with the 2023 Limited... 1. no space saver spare, 2. no tire sealant kit, 3. no power to the third row seating!!! My 2019 Pacifica Limited offered all of the above. Otherwise... a super minivan... a Dad Van!

Great family wheels
Love the room the drive from Ontario to Florida proved to be comfortable and problem free. AC worked great heating worked great. handles in the snow very well and in the heat. Really put to the test and was just pure pleasure to drive everywhere with it. so pleased with every aspect of the vehicle. If this lasts like our Caravan 13 years and 286,000 km really problem free and still 7000 at trade in. Very pleased with Chrysler It’s now March 2025 and still absolutely LOVE the Pacifica

So much stress
We bought this car last week and already my car put itself into park and refused to move. The brake locked and I couldn't shift gears and the steering wheel also locked up. It took two minutes and two times turning the vehicle off and on before I finally got it to turn on and be drivable. The stations change by themselves all of the time in the car. Android auto doesn't work very often. The different driver options dont work at all after setting it up. This car has 380 miles on it and it's already stalling and having this many issues. Honestly at this point I'm afraid to drive the car because I have my two small kids in the car with me whenever I'm driving and I won't risk their safety. And I'm not convinced this thing is safe.

Its A Chrysler for goodness sakes
Unfortunately, I rented a Chrysler Pacifica summer of 2024. It was extremely hot. So, I figured the same entertainment cluster problems was due to heat. Bkank screen, no audio, no a/c control, dropped BT, unrecognized BT, etc..etc..etc. Other threads have people shutting off the car, pulling fuses, pulling battery cables, etc. For a 2023...no one should be experiencing massive system failures as described. y others. Chrysler shkuld be ashamed...but they dont care. Never did with all the poop.products that (may look good) but don't live up to the expectations (abd sticker price) of modern automobiles. No radio should be blanking off by current standards! I feel sorry for owners who are stuck with these lemons! I was stuck with a rental for 3 days and was frustrated from day 1.

Connnnnneccccctivity, not so much.
This newish rental drives decently, front reasonably comfortable, 2nd row not so roomy. We are making a trip using phone navigation. Connectivity stinks. A cable movement starts errors. Blue tooth is not reliable, two phone hook up brings screen freeze ups that don't go away even when phones are disconnected. We changed cables ant the freeze ups continue. Navigating thru a large fast paced city becomes a nightmare.
