Used 2005 Chrysler Pacifica Wagon Consumer Reviews
Well done, Chrysler
This car screams luxury. Comfort and driveability is top notch, second to none. Versatility is key with this vehicle.
Happy New Owner!
Just purchased the Pacifica after comparing to Highlander, Pilot and Volvo XC90. Love it! You definitely get more for your money with the Pacifica. A used XC90 came in a close second but after reading the reviews on Edmunds decided against it. We drove a Tahoe for many years and are now happy to find a "car" that fits our needs with snow, kids and sports.

Wasn't my first choice but I like it.
I choose the Pacifica after the deal on my first choice, the Chrysler 300, fell through. I wasnt about to pay sticker for the 300 and there were fantastic incentives on the Pacifica and I only drive Chryslers. It has turned out to be a great vehicle. The interior is actually more stylish and more luxurious then the 300. The exterior is also very well designed and I feel the Pacifica stands out among the crowd of other crossover vehicles. Performance is not the best, it always feels sluggish. It handles well for such a large heavy car. I enjoy driving it. My biggest complaint is the fuel economy, its absolutely terrible.
We love it
We have 2 children, one of which is at the age where she wants to have friends along. We needed a vehicle that could comfortably hold 6 people, yet we didn't want a mini-van. This is the ideal vehicle for this!
Love my pacifica!!
I have a 2005 fully loaded pacifica. I love it! I have had no problems. I have almost had it a year now. The back window does take some getting use too (size) backing up. But no problem after you have had it a couple weeks. The ride is great, gas I'd say average for the size of the vehicle. Son loves the dvd. Can't go wrong with this one... Recommend!!
Touring sports car
Drives like a high priced sedan great ride and comfort great styling and room for the Family Chrysler has not done a very good job marketing this vehicle, Compared to the new dodge SUV there is no comparing the two the Pacifica is a far superior beast ! look for your self.
Gas Mileage
I recently bought a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica under the impression from the dealers information that around town, the car gets 17 mpg and 22 on highway. I found by tracking that I'm only getting 13-14 mpg. When I questioned the dealer, they said it was a rough estimate. To me, 15-16 would be a rough estimate.
Room to improve
I looked at alot of cars that could carry 6 people with many as many features that the AWD Limited offered at a reasonable price. This car does just that. The ride is great and it handles very well to.I have had it on several long trips with family and friends and all have nothing but great things to say about it.The dealership was great, very helpful with questions concerning the car.The financing and rebates definitely help make my decision to get this car but the single most fact about this car that made my decision to get it was the safety rating it had.For what I got any other car would have coast thousands more.
Good Car todrive
This car handles well in traffic and we no longer feel overpowered by all the large vehicles on the road. I estimate one third of the cars on the roads her are SUVs
Luxury Ride at a Price
Loaded with every option except seat memory (GPS, 2nd row Entertainment System, Premium Leather, 19" wheels, UConnect, side airbags, laminated windows, power liftgate, etc). This car is a VERY nice ride....more luxurious on the inside than my Chrysler 300. Ride is smooth, quiet and responsive....a real pleasure to drive. Seating configurations (third row) are many and provide max flexibility. Intermezzo sound system is very nice. UConnect works great with Bluetooth enabled cell phone. Overall an extremely well appointed and full featured car -- great for a family of four that wants the option to ocassionally carry 6 passengers.
