Used 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer Consumer Reviews
Trailblazer review
I love everything about the car, except I was misled by the dealer about the gas mileage. I do not understand why I get the same gas mileage on this car as I did on the Suburban which I traded in . (about 15.5 and that is almost 100% highway driving) This car is so much lighter. If GM could get the gas mileage right, maybe 25+ mpg, they wouldn't have to practically be giving the cars away.
Just Love It
This is a very good riding, handling and quiet vehicle. On a long trip of 2000+ miles, we found the drive very enjoyable with its comfort and all the extras like DVD player, GPS, Satelite radio, leather, etc. We got 21 MPG on the highway. City driving we are gettng aroudt 15 MPG. Plenty of room for luggage, golf clubs, cooler and misc. items.

Trailblazer
So far, My Trailblazer has been great. I love the way it rides, accelerates, and handles. It's very quiet inside, has plenty of room, the seats are comfortable, and it's easy to maneuver in traffic. The takeoff power is awesome. It will get up and go.
Personal use
I have owned 5 Chevy Surburbans and the Trailblazer handles as good. It pulls heavy boats and trailers like a much bigger vehicle. The fuel economy under load is excellent. The car is fun to drive, and handles like a high performance auto.
I love this SUV
Great SUV for the money compared to similar imports. Lots of get up and go, and great options (that are standard). I feel like I'm driving a car and not a truck. It was a great option to purchasing another minivan, which I disliked.
