Very disappointed
The driver's seat is VERY uncomfortable. It's not something you notice on a 10 min. test drive, but you sure do the first week you own the truck and really start driving it in traffic. You can feel the side seat frame rails shallowly under the seat cushion protruding up. I complained to the dealership about it a week after having the truck and was told "that's normal." I also contacted GM about it and never even got a reply. Aside from the seats, my truck also had to have the motor mounts replaced at around 5k miles to stop it from vibrating at idle. Now the transmission is starting to shift roughly too, so I have bring it back in for that now. This is my 3rd full size GM SUV and is the worst by far in terms of physical comfort and cargo room. Very disappointed.

Problems that GM wont fix.
I have had a rough idle since about 8,000 miles. I have had it worked on at the dealership and they added shims to the motor mounts. That didn't change anything. It seemed like it might even be worse after they shimmed the motor mounts. They say there's nothing else wrong or it would show up on the computer. After months of no answers from the dealer I searched online and found that it is a common problem with GM SUV's. The bottom line is that GM says there's nothing wrong and it runs fine. When you spend over $50,000 for a vehicle you don't want something that idles rough. I've had passengers that commented on the rough idle because they thought something was wrong. Everybody thinks something is wrong except GM. I also had to have all of the window appliques replaced and now there is a recall on the air bags. One other issue is that you cannot recycle cabin air unless you are using AC. Any other setting will pull outside air which is gross when you are stuck in traffic and there is a lot of exhaust. It's like having the windows down. Other than those issues it's a pretty nice vehicle.

Good SUV
the safety assist features take time to get used to. The AC fan noise even at the lowest level is loud. I know that in prior vehicles if we have the AC at the lowest fan setting you will not be able to hear it going.

great as a lease vehicle
Purchased Certified pre owned Tahoe. Fuel injectors replaced after 10k miles injector 5 and 6 replaced and repaired under warranty. Master Brake cylinder replaced - repaired under warranty. AC Belt broke at 44k miles. Repair from dealer pricey. Parts are double in price through dealer vs amazon. I would recommend leasing these vehicles. Too many issues for long term. Pros: Amazingly comfortable vehicle I owned.

This is a nice SUV
Get multiple bids and make the dealers fight for your business. Don't settle for the first price they throw out.
