This Tahoe is fun to drive. It is sporty with lots of pick up and go yet it still hauls loads well. The interior is extremely comfortable. GM improved the design from the former 1999 Tahoe I had in the past. They put more consideration in for the passengers comfort as well as the driver. It handles very well with extremely good handling on corners and through snow and slushy conditions. Although the gas mileage isn't the greatest (15.9 in the city and 20+ highway)I highly recommend this vehicle.

The Tahoe is reliable, confortable, and I do enjoy driving and riding in it. The mileage is getting better as time goes on and is about 2 mpg better than my 2003 model. It is very roomy and has more space than the Ford SUV's. Thanks Chevy

Every time we turn around there is a problem, since we've had it, its been in the shop 5 times. When pulling a trailer it will not hold back on hills and the four wheel drive isn't that good. The back seats are totally uncomfortable and there's little leg room in the third row.

This is my third and most refined Tahoe. Expect about 13-14 in the city and up to 19-20 MPG at 70 MPH or below. After 70 MPH it goes down. It is well appointed and very comfortable. The rear captain's chairs are nice but you lose 1 seat which seems we always need with the kids and friends. I've had no issues with the vehicle except at 24 miles per hour when the transmission shifts it clunks half the time. This is a known complaint which is to specifications I was told. The third row seating is nice but behind it there is limited if no room. We carry a car carrier for trips to take the luggage. It is very smooth and relatively quiet. It appears safe as seats are higher in a wreck.

Bought this brand new and after 3 years the radiator had a leak and the fluids from the radiator and transmission were mixing so I needed a new radiator and transmission $4000. Neither the dealership or manufacturer would back it up. The instrument cluster went out after 2 yrs, speedometer doesn't work. Lots of rattles. It is fun to drive but now that it's over 5 years old with 140k+ miles it's very loose. Back rear window motor went out. Very expensive vehicle to buy and maintain. I had an all wheel drive Passat which handled better in the snow. Never had this many problems with any other vehicle I've owned.
