European Travel
This truck overall has been an excellent vehicle. When I came home from Iraq during R&R I had to replace the brakes. Now I am at 96,000 miles I am having a few minor issues. The speedometer is working off and on and I have a few sensors that are lit. It is letting me know that I need to check the air bag and the tire sensor. Other than that the truck has been very reliable. I drive it daily in Germany and just returned from Holland on a vacation. I will by another Suburban. The only features I wish I had was a navigation with the back up camera.
Chevy Suburban
I must say that my 2004 Chevy Suburban is probably the best SUV I´ve ever owned, concerning reliabilty, performance and cost-benefit ratio. I´ve also owned a couple of Explorers, one Range Rover which used to perform poorly on highways and off-road conditions and several european cars. Nevertheless, my Suburban is a truly quality vehicle. Never had mechanical problems with it.

excellent value--american built by an american owned car company--cargo space superior--handles very well.
Suburban review
1/2 ton GM vehicles have headlight problems with poor bulbs. Free fix though, under warranty. More power and better gas mileage would be nice, however both are satisfactory. More white letter tires would be an improvement. Great overall vehicle. They should never downsize it.
Great Veicle
We love our suburban. Would not trade it for anything. We have had many different style SUV over the years all the way back to 1985 Ford Bronco.
