Want to feel years younger? Buy a Corvette for yourself! Bought my Vett for a retirement gift to me, wanted one forever but life never made room till I retired. Bought new and I've owned for 10 years now. Best car I've ever owned keeps me young.

This is my 3rd Corvette 1993-C4, 1998-C5, and now 2008-C6-LT3. I got another all Black version with the LT3 package, 6sp manual, Navigation system, Z-51 handling package with dual exhaust system. I must be a masochist for getting black a third time but when clean nothing looks better. By far this is the best Corvette I have ever owned. The vehicle now really has the horse power to be called a Corvette. The handing is crisp and precise and the acceleration is enough to cause whiplash. I have installed some additions; mesh grill, wild to mild exhaust controller, CAGS eliminator, iPod interface with HD radio and better rear speakers (Focals). Other than that I can see nothing else to change.

I have only owned sports cars, and this is the fastest car I have ever owned. Had several Mustangs, Porsches, and now my first Chevrolet. The 6.2 litre is has more horsepower than most will be able to handle. This car could break the tires loose in 4th gear. I almost didn't purchase the car because I thought the interior was kind of cheap looking. But I have adjusted. Car sounds good! Who doesn't like an American V8. Had some issues with heated seats, headlight, and stereo is subpar.

This is a no nonsense American sports car. Better handling, braking, and acceleration than 95 plus percent of the cars on the road today.

Have 50,000 miles on it so far and it’s a beast. Love it! I got it in June of 2008. Update: I now have 75,000 miles on it as it’s my daily driver. It’s just like any other car. If you take care of it, it’ll take care of you. It’s been awesome. Like I said I drive mine to and from work, which is a 58 mile round trip and I love it. If you’re going to be stuck in traffic you may as well be sitting in a car you like. I have a cold air intake, Diablo tune and Magnaflow cat back exhaust so it’s fun to drive and sounds better than stock but it’s reliable. And I’ve upgraded the sound system to Alpine INE-W970HD head unit, Infiniti 5 channel amp with all Infiniti speakers except my 2-12” JL Audio subs. It’s an earthquake machine as well as a car. But to the point, the alternator handles all that power very nicely. I changed the starter 1 time. I can’t say why it went bad but it did. I still have zero complaints. Double DIN for my
