Great little truck
I have a Z71 4x4 with most of the options. Overall, extremely pleased with the truck. The transmission is spectacularly smooth and the engine is surprisingly powerful. Pros: - Quite, smooth ride - Powerful engine (at least the 3.6L) - Usable infotainment system - Very pleasant space to be. Enjoyable to drive. - Bose sound system is incredible - Easy to use tow system (haven't towed much weight, but the few times I've had a trailer attached it worked great). - The Auto 4x4 setting is pretty cool - gives you some of the advantage of an AWD setup. I've used it in the heavy rain a few times and seems to work fine. Haven't tried it in snow. - Reasonably good backup camera. Additional trailer hitch angle is great. Cons: - Typical American cheap plastic interior. Did have an issue with this that had to get addressed under warranty already - Brakes could be a little better. It's a lot of weight to stop, but you do have to give it a little extra oomph at the stop sign. - Seats are a little stiff - Knee all around is limited - Interior storage is lacking - Stock interior lights are abysmal. Replaced these right away with LED's. Other lights on the truck could probably use an upgrade too - Useless wireless charging pad unless you have a really small phone. Even then, the lack of air flow causes it to overheat while charging. - Missing some of the modern safety or luxury features even as options, like adaptive cruise control, 360 view, and blind spot detection (really missing that one) - Several items were marked as "retrofit" because they weren't in stock when the manufactured the truck. Almost a year later and I'm still waiting for my parking sensors. I know the Cons list is longer, but most of those are minor, personal grievances or simple critiques. Overall, I do highly recommend the truck. The reason it isn't 5 star is due simply to the cheap plastic interior.

Bad Battery
I purchased a 2022 chevy Colorado on 11/8/2021 ,I had a dead battery ,charged it and took it to the Dealer I purchased it from ,they confirmed the battery was bad and replaced it ,it cost me 250.00 for the battery and 50.00 to install it ,the truck has 4560 miles on it and is 15mo. old ,so much for the 36 mo or 36000 miles ,I called customer service and they confirmed that the battery only has 12 mo warranty ? My take on this Chevy isn't too proud of there vehicles if they don't stand behind them ,the dealer should have at least offered a courtesy repair

Cheap finish
Bought a 2022 colorado 10 months ago. Dragonflies laid eggs on the hood and roof. The clear coat started peeling away. Went to Bob Bell and they said they would not warranty it. Seems to me that if you pay 37,000 for a truck the finish should hold up more than 10 months. Think twice before buying a Chevrolet.I had trouble with the gas gauge, when it was on 1/2 tank you were out of gas.they fixed it but it only lasted about a week .took it back and they said there was nothing wrong, still have the same problem but because they said nothing is wrong they will not work on it.Like I said think twice before you buy a Chevy

Flat tire
If you ever have a flat tire be sure you have a10mm wrench with you because some dumb ass decided to bolt the jack to the rear wall and floor of the behind and under the back seat with not way to move the seat so you could get a socket or pliers on the nuts. I had to call my father in law to bring me a wrench at 8 pm when I had a flat just because I couldn't get the damn jack out of the truck

Get The Six Cylinder Instead of The Four!
Overall, I like the 2022 Chevy Colorado LT. I am a tall guy, and the leg room is fantastic. The only negative is my fault. I bought a four cylinder and the truck doesn't have enough power. I very much regret not buying a 6 cylinder. Don't make the same mistake I made. Buy a Chevy Colorado with a 6 cylinder.

Nice Truck But ……
The Truck itself is a nice riding and nice handling vehicle. And I have the V6. The problem lies with all the great apps and extras that are on the truck. If you don’t buy a monthly plan from OnStar, most of the extra features are unavailable to the owner. That’s another 25-50 dollars a month added to the expenses. Depending on the package you select. I think that’s a rip off from Chevrolet.
