Owned a 2004 for a month. Pleasure to drive. Excellent ride. As a custom home builder need to pick up supplies very often. Avalanche converts to "truck" within 15 seconds and can easily put 9' long pieces of wood in it which are protected from the weather. Smartest vehicle buy I have ever made!

Purchased the model without the plastic brush guards. Very comfortable to drive and versitle in its uses. Added options, DVD player and Nerf Bars, plus purchased a bed slide for the cargo area. Great vehicle!!

This truck is simply amazing, all of the muscle, all of the toy's and it's so "freakin" sexy. It's like a dream come true, all the power of a Chevy truck accompanied by the comforts of a luxury suv.

For a truck, it is a dream to drive, and is so convienent to use. It will do the heaviest jobs, yet it is a great looking truck. I drive it as my main vehicle everywhere without feeling like I am a truck driver - even on dates. I am extremely happy with my Avalanche. I would recommend it to anyone.
