I love everything about my 2020 Envision. I love the Blind Spot Warning System, the heated steering wheel, the heated seats, the dual heating/cooling controls, the backup camera and , Blind Side Warning and being able to crank it remotely. But I would like it even better if it had Lane Departure Warning and Forward Collision Warning.

Mini Buick luxury

2020 Buick Envision Preferred 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl 6A)

Our 2020 Buick Envision is a great car, but as with most reviews I have read, it is a bit small for a midsize SUV. It's a compact size at best. We also have a 2016 GMC Terrain which was at the time the smallest SUV that GMC manufactured, but it's higher than the Envision with much more cargo space. The auto stop is a joke, and I won't buy another GM car that has it. Luckily, you can bypass the auto stop by simply hitting a dashboard switch to shut it off. Lastly, the car is assembled in China, much to my dismay. Next time American all the way if that's possible anymore. The good things: Fairly good gas mileage with the 2.5 Liter 4 cylinder, averaging 27 MPG. The tires are 19 inch giving you that smooth Buick ride. Being small, it goes exactly where you point it and is the easiest car to drive that we have ever owned. Fit and finish are good, and the car is beautiful for an SUV.

Nice little SUV

We bought a 2020 Envision Preferred in August 2020. We did not get the AWD version because we just don’t need it. Currently has 29,000 miles on it. We looked at every small SUV available and were driving a 13 Ford Escape. I had told my wife when I retired she could pick out a new car. After driving them all (Honda, Toyota, Jeep, Chevy, etc) she feel in love with the Envision. We bought the Preferred trim package because I wanted the tried and true 2.5 engine and 6 speed tranny. It’s plenty peppy enough for us. We’ve taken it on 3 1000 mile plus road trips and averaged just a hair under 30 on all of them. Plenty pleased with that! We did get the leather interior, and heated front and back seats, and power seats. And the navigation package. It came with all-weather floor mats as well. We fit right in Buick marketing’s wheelhouse as far as demographics, and no matter that some say it’s a boring brand, I like boring and quiet and a smooth ride and just enough tech to matter. The only complaint I have is that I wish Buick would make them in the USA.

Love my 2020 Envision!

2020 Buick Envision Premium II 4dr SUV AWD (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 9A)

Love the soft Buick ride and comfort. I previously had an Encore and was concerned the Envision would not have the same nimble handling. I was pleasantly surprised. The 2.0 Turbo has significantly more get up and go than my Encore. However, along with these improvements comes lower gas mileage. I bought the Premium ll in part for all of the safety options. The reality is my 67 year old brain will need to take some time to become comfortable with using these options. I’ve had my Envision for about one month and couldn’t be happier with my decision! I love the luxury!
