I'm having the time of my life driving this car. I'm a short (5'3") female and this is the first car that I feel I really fit in. It looks fabulous, drives great and has provided the best driving experience I've ever had. I've taken it on 2 road trips (one 500 miles, and the other 700 miles) and was amazed at how my back didn't hurt after. My only heart burn is the large lease payment that I make every month.... other than that it's great!

Design getting better with age

When the Z4 came out to replace the Z3, I thought they ruined the idea. It's a much different car and when you drive it, you can forget about the Z3. The lines on the car all seem to fit and have purpose, even though I'm not a fan of the Bangle designs. I bought the Z4 3.0si convertible which is a fast car and looks unbelievable with the sport package and 18" wheels. The sport package completely changes the look and driving of the car, it's a must. It's fast enough even with the auto trans which has the paddle shifters. The extended leather and premium M seats are a must too. All the options raise the price, but if you're seriously considering this car, cost is not a concern.

Not super fast or flashy, just a fun ride with great steering and all the options needed to make it enjoyable. Mine is a manual shift, which for me, increases the enjoyment. 6 cylinder engine is super smooth.

Z4 3.0si Coupe Almost James Bond

2007 BMW Z4 3.0si 2dr Hatchback (3.0L 6cyl 6M)

The 2004-2007 BMW Z4 3.0si Coupe with its classy styling is a fast and responsive sports car providing every driver the opportunity to be the secret agent. The 2004-2007 coupe has become a collectors’ car in demand with only slightly over 5600 built over its 4-year existence. The Z4 3.0si Coupe design has a long, sleek powerful hood with a low windshield, double bubble roof line and sloping hatchback. The hatchback area provides considerable room for luggage or that weekend shopping trip usually not available in most sports cars in this class. The powerful BMW 6-cylinder 3.0 liter engine is reliable and robust with 255 horsepower. The passing power is impressive. The 3.0si comes with the sports mode providing an extra boost and sharper handling. The transmission comes with six-speed manual or the automatic six-speed paddle shift. The leather trim interior is low and comfortable with a simplistic and easily accessible instrument panel. The attention to details are standard BMW quality. The Coupe’s ride can be be rough and a bit bouncy like most cars of this style and size. Handling can be an extra challenge on rough or grooved surfaced roads requiring driver full attention and both hands on the wheel.
