Used 2000 BMW 3 Series Consumer Reviews
Still Fun After All These Years
Bought my bright red 323i Sedan 4 yrs ago with 14K miles on it. The car has been a blast to drive and supremely reliable. Have 82K miles on it and just replaced the front brakes. Other than that, I have had ZERO problems with this car. The exterior paint looks new and the car still draws approving glances from passersby. I average about 28mpg and that is good news in this era of skyrocketing gas prices. I now understand why BMWs hold their value.
My First BMW
This is my first BMW (and seeing as though i was only 22 when I bought it, probably not my last). I had previously owned an Audi A4 2.8 and thought that was fairly sporty and had looked at various cars from the Lexus IS300 to a 98 BMW 540i 6 speed. Although the 328Ci is not quite as fast as the V8 5 series, it looks way sportier and drives more like a sports car. This car is the perfect blend of luxury, power, and holds its resale value like few others! I love it!

BMW owner for life
This is an extraordinary car: I've driven it across the country twice, and I'm ready to go again. Tight suspension, beautiful interior, and amazing mileage (about 29 mpg with a combination of city and highway) considering it's a sports sedan. This is my first BMW, and I expect it to own it for many more years...and when it's finally time to upgrade, I'm going back to BMW. How about a hydrogen-powered model? BMW is the kind of company that could pull it off.
Buy this Car
While the 323ci does not brag on large horsepower figures - this car provides plenty of entertainment. In everyday driving situations, when 120 mph is either stupid or impossible, this car takes care of the driver nicely. Plenty of power is available when needed, and this care handles great. It is always fun to drive and average miles per gallon for all driving is 27.5.
Buyer be ware!
I thought I was buying a car that would last me for a long time. I only have 63,000 miles on it and its starting to break down like an American car. Electric problems, complete brake job, and more! I had 2 Nissans and 2 Hondas, and loved them all, see you BMW, hello Toyota!
