Best SUV for the money
This car is great. Has a lot of great features including the Audi virtual cockpit which is just out of this world. The 4 cylinder engine has plenty of acceleration for its size. This SUV is quick, nimble, and extremely comfortable. It will satisfy those looking for good engine performance without the sacrifice of a luxury ride. If there was a drawback I would say it's the fact that Audis do not come with remote start and their cup holders are smaller then most American made SUVs

Nice ride with confusing Interface and limitations
I have the 2.0T Premium+ with Warm weather package and a few other add-ons. I would've happily traded the tow package for Running Boards if I could've, as I know I won't be towing anything especially with a 2.0T engine. Anyways the car rides smooth and the extra 3rd row is good enough for occasional use when we have extra passenger or two. Gas mileage is not the best and I had to train myself with the gas pedal for better mileage. Interior is nice although more plastic than I preferred on a luxury vehicle. Also extremely limited storage space inside, especially the driver side compartment that serves as a not very effective arm rest and wireless phone charger. It has a very confusing or should I say not a very intuitive MMI and you have to scroll through menus and back to find something that should've been there in one particular or say multiple menus. For example if you want to add a favorite in navigation, it is not available in most of the navigation menus and you have to scroll back and forth through several menus to find it. Saving your destinations especially one's downloaded from myAudi or phone is a very long chore and confusing as well. When you send a location from phone to your Audi navigation you cannot save it to favorites right away. You have to select and engage it first as if you are driving there now and then scroll through various menus to be able to save it. Not having a touch screen complicates it further as you have to add a new name to that location even though the destination already has it and you can send it with a name and location from myAudi. Ridiculous!! Voice command is pretty much useless as it hardly ever inputs anything you say correctly other than set commands. The only time it works is when you utilize google online search instead of native voice recognition system. There are various other limitations and nags to most of the features. Opening the power tailgate and closing it between the hands-free, the FOB key, the switch on the driver door, and the trunk has it's own limitations and requirements which becomes very confusing. It works with one way in certain conditions and not in others so I never know what will work every time. I know I seem to be on a rant here but these are important misses from a higher end utility vehicle for me. Other than that the car is awesome in comfort and drive. Giving it 4 stars for that but the annoying little limitations and misses keep it from a 5.

I DO NOT recommend this car
my first Audi. Car is nice enough to drive. First, because I consider it a safety issue, the headlights STINK!!! Even to the point that I looked into upgrading them myself, even though its a leased car. (I couldn't find a replacement for the Audi system). I wonder if whomever designed the driver/front passenger area ever actually sat in/used a car before? Less storage / small item cargo space than I have ever seen in a car. No place for a phone, the beverage holders are laughably small, there is a space in between the beverage holders that is purposed for the key fob that is COMPLETELY unnecessary and 1) means the cup holders are often not large enough and 2) prevents anyone from using that space to put their phone in. The small item cargo space under the arm rests is beyond cramped. There isn't even a place to hold a paid of sunglasses (except the glove compartment). The door side cargo space is small. The cargo area in the back is much smaller in usability than it appears. And, Audi, in its infinite wisdom, provided a tire jack but no dedicated place for it and not even a tie down - it's just a cordura bundle that rolls around in the cargo area. SERIOUSLY ??? WTF Audi. Car drives fine but the inconveniences are stupid beyond belief, especially when they could have easily been overcome. I can't wait until the lease is finished (not worth Swap a Lease to me) and be done with this car. I do not recommend for the $$$.

I like my Q7, but...
After owning several Lexus vehicles I decided buy a Q7 with the Premium Plus package. I like the way it handles plus the interior and exterior styling are superior to the RX350L. In the first two months I owned the Q7 it had 2 major problems—speakers went out on passenger side, and tailgate wouldn’t close completely. Both issues took over a week to repair. And the touch lock/unlock for the doors doesn’t always work. You actually have to use the clicker sometimes. I haven’t had any other issues in the last 10 months so I’m hoping it will be a reliable vehicle going forward. One last thing—the lack of a spare tire is inexcusable. Had I known that I probably would not have bought this car.
Misses on the little Things
Great ride, very comfortable, and plenty of power but there is absolutely no storage in the center console. Not even a place to store sun glasses. Cup holders are extra small and windshield washer sprayers sub par. Small but very annoying defects for a high end vehicle.
