I absolutely love my new Q5. This is actually my second 2021 q5 as the first required a windshield replacement and now the second has is causing blurred vision. Why??!!

Sudden acceleration

2021 Audi Q5 Premium 4dr SUV AWD w/45 TFSI (2.0L 4cyl Turbo gas/electric mild hybrid 7AM)

I experienced a sudden acceleration while I was getting off the freeway. I applied the brakes 3 times and barely able to stop. I have to turn off the engine before it gets back to normal. It’s was a scary experience.
