Thsi SUV is Fun, handles just fine for an SUV, SUPER quite I have the Premium w/conv feature, you must buy a 20 volt outlet takes 9 days to charge pluged into standard outlet, but once you are stage 2 charging its fast, Brakes are weird, when I tested it it was great but 2 months later I hit the brakes and the vehicle rocks up and down, this isn't the case with Tesla says the covn. pgk stops from hitting unwanted object , hit the neighbors trash can backing up, so teh ecteronic' s are quirky, cant get to salve to Amazon, call audi connect try getting through to them,,,, but its a great SUV again ALL AUDI,,,,overall very happy

My 2021 Audi e-tron with 56,000 miles lost a lot of range suddenly November 2023. A 100% charge range of only 171 miles. An 80% charge range of 156 miles. This never went back up either. The temperature never went below 50° outside. I always charge at 80% unless I'm taking a trip And I do this every night at home. I rarely use a fast charger unless I'm taking a trip and need to get home. I spoke to Audi about this and they said the battery health was fine, battery degradation was normal and that there were no error codes so the battery was in good health. This is ridiculous to me. Not to mention that a $75,000 vehicle is now only worth $32,000 for trade in value. And now the e-tron has a battery recall due to a fire risk. Before the battery issues, the car was one of my favorites. And I was all on board the electric vehicle evolution. Not so much now.

Purchased PreOwned 3 weeks ago from Mercedes Benz Clearwater FL. They did a good job posting and selling at fair price. My brother purchased a 2019 eTron and I know he reads and researches extensively before selecting his eTron purchased from Audi Omaha. We were looking to be a first time owner of a PreOwned EV for my wife to be her primary vehicle because she commutes average of 25 miles to her office. Wife also wanted a mid sized SUV vs Sedan. She is shorter and I’m average in height so consider vehicles that fit both well and have best safety features. We reviewed and test drove a PreOwned Kia EV 9. Really liked the dash layout, Trim and price and is a great value. Waited on new Hyundai Ioniq 5 to be delivered to local dealership however didn’t arrive before we test drove 2 eTrons. We were so impressed with Audi eTron and local Audi Omaha Dealership knowledge of technical expertise specific to eTron and overall EV’s provided by Emily, one of the sale team Members. When factoring eTron quality of design, safety technology and workmanship with confidence in Audi Omaha eTron experience and support when we found the color and trim level we most desired we purchased. There is an obvious learning curve to own an eTron like any new vehicle with advanced technology however Audi App including owners manual and video tutorials greatly help. Most EV’s range are comparable so we seriously considered dash technology layout and driver safety features when driving eTron. We find eTron fits us very well and continue to be impressed by quality of design and safety features. We found things you take for granted like Data screen placement located above steering wheel is more important than you may think especially when keeping you eyes on road and traffic around you where others are dangerously distracted driving. Overall, at this time we are very satisfied and pleased as we continue to drive our eTron. We need to learn more about regenerative deceleration/braking to help recharge and extend battery capacity between charges. When looking for a new EV Will will again look at latest and greatest and eTron will be high on the list.
