Outstanding

I believe this car should be compared more to the Passat and Audi 1.8T then the sporty BMW 3. Keeping this in mind, the TSX is an outstanding choice for this class. Attention to interior detail really outshines the US Accord EX and Passat that I also drove. The wood trim standard in the parchement interior looks especially classy for a $26000 car. Other standard features like heat rejecting glass and aluminum doorsills are only found on much more expensive cars. The automatic is very nice. It shifts quickly gets better gas mileage.

The TSX drives like a dream. It handles very well and is rather responsive to my sudden movements. The interior is nicely designed for all the central controls are positioned in a way that is directed to the driver. I don't have to reach and arc my body to reach any control on the main console. Plus with the voice activated navigation, I can simply speak a command have the system do the work for me. I love this car!!

A Step Up In Every Way

I'm still in the break-in period so I've not been able to push the engine. The steering, however, seems very good, though not as effortless as my BMW 525i. other reviews note more body roll than BMWs, but there is less than in my 5er. MSRP from similarly equipped models skyrockets with options: Audi 1.8T (no nav, even!)= over 29k BMW 325i= over 35k Lexus IS300= around 35k Cadillac CTS-- BASE is over 30k For those cars' base prices, you can have a TSX with navigation and more features than you can shake a stick at. Does a person need any more than what the TSX has to offer? My answer was an unequivocal no.

A great car for the money. Watch out for rattles in your interior molding starting at about 500 to 1000 miles. These pops and rattles while driving will drive you crazy

Only 8500 miles on it, and now I am having the renowned door rattle that plague this car... Both door panels driver, passenger sides are rattling. I have check all over the internet, and found many complaints regarding this same issue. Now the test will come when I take it to the dealer for rattle repairs, on my 30K car. Otherwise I love this car..good looking, fun to drive, with all the features you want.
