Used 2003 Acura MDX Consumer Reviews
Mr
Great Vehicle. Fun to drive and comfortable. Interior very functional.
This is a great vehicle
I have owned my MDX for almost 2 years and have not had any problems. I drove it from Ohio to California and averaged 23 MPG. The seats are comfortable, the navigation system superb and the storage area large. It goes great in the Ohio winters too.

A Portable Entertainment Center
I just picked up my new 2003 MDX and took it on a 7 hour drive. The performance and handling was superb. It was quite comfortable, particularly the seats, which felt a bit narrow at first, but provided great support over the long trip. The entertainment system is great, but I think that I will need to go back to college to figure out how to work the endless permutations (CD-front/DVD-Rear, DVD front/Rear, CD Changer-front/CD Rear, etc.) The vehicle provides great visibility and you feel comfortable at any speed.
what to expect from Honda
I have loved this car from day one I owned 2 other Honda's in the past and was extreemely happy with them I am conviced that this MDX will not be any different Still the best looking SUV out there
Not so happy owner
Middle Row seat is very uncomfortable. Wire mesh dog barrier and the plastic housing keeps popping out. Took 10-15 minutes of trying to start on two occasions. On the first few feet of driving either forward or backward makes a klunking noise. The acceleration has a lag.Revs up to 4K in first and second gear. The simulated wood interior is just fake looking. This is my 4th Acura. I have a 99 TL as well and with the TL and the MDX it seems Acura is trying to please everyone but has dropped it's quality and standard. ACURA should throw in less features and worry more about their reptation as a seamless car manufacturer. As for me I think this is my last Acura.
