Design quality, features, long distance ride and SPACE for 7 adult passengers and luggage is outstanding. We do serious long distance traveling (120k+ annually) and have had some very good experiences with the Buick Enclave, Honda Pilot, and have tried Volvo, Cadillac, GMC... some were better than others, this vehicle checks all boxes very well from all-wheel drive to safety, great sound and design and thoughtful engineering the equal to any. Service has been very good once you find a dealership that you like. No issues on parts. Great long distance vehicle for comfort, performance (even though not a rocket, but plenty adequate), and safety.

VW ended up declaring it a lemon after months of arguing with them and they offered me a replacement or the money we had spent on it and we took the money and got a different car. I wish it would have been a good car bc I loved the layout
